So she brings your son home? Hmmm. Well if you can pick him up everytime, say what you want but if you cant-maybe it was just a bad day. Her husband probably wont let her have a little dog & thats why she has the big one that she neglects because she doesnt want. I would let it go but maybe put your dogs in another room when the lady comes in, if she is coming in she must be wanting to be friends. Maybe she wants you to offer her a drink & conversation & its making her alittle angry that she is making extra effort to bring your son home & walk in for you just to say thanks & bye. Sometimes when people do mean things to us its because we've hurt them w/o knowing it . It sounds like yes she is jealous but maybe she also just wants to be your friend:) |
Silly lady(woman)! Oh Dear, don't waste time on such a woman shall I say with little class. Oh, unless she was kidding with you, then she is just looking to be friendly... |

There have been a few times when people have just been so colosally rude to me, that I've just burst out laughing in disbelief in their faces, looking at them like they're nuts. That actually seems to do a better job of shaming them than making a snappy retort! :D People can be such idiots sometimes. Whatcha gonna do. |
my teddy gets called a guinea pig this gets my back up but i would of said your the vermin and a scout leader should know better than to make remarks like that yes she is jealous your babes are gorgeous |
If she has the nerve to say something like that to your face then what is she saying to the children when there are no adults around? Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't a cub scout LEADER........supposed to be a LEADER? I would maybe make a phone call to the higher up and report her behavior. She is to be pitied. Oh! and your little girl is precious........:) |
Everyone has their own opinions about animals and their preferences..hers just sucks!! haha...No but really, she is just flat out rude. I had a friend say, "Awe, he is so ugly it's kinda cute!". My first response was.."Awe, so are you and your kids!" It was mean but she started it....lol |

My mother bless her departed soul, always told me.(If you don't have something good to say about someone or something, don't say anything at all.) My dad on the other hand, was mean & cruel. I still have the tape when I was a child with his voice on it saying, (I don't like you girls at all.) referring to my sister & I. I was 10 at the time & I got a recorder for Christmas. I was playing with it taping the radio songs when he pushed his way in to make that comment. He's been dead for over 20 years & that's how I remember him. There is no excuse for her saying that about your baby, but I also believe 2 wrongs don't make a right. I would probably say to her, how is it that you can teach children right from wrong with a comment like that. |
I would say...if you can't respect everyone in my FAMILY i would rather you not come into my house...you can just drop my son off in the driveway next time....i can't stand people like that!! Last week i was at a friends house with a pitbull i was playing tug a war with him and he accidently bit my stomach and (it hurt) but i still had no harsh words for him or the owners...how can people be so rude?...jealousy...that has to be it |
you girls are just too nice,, my foot would have already been sticking out of her a** by this time... |
