Agreed on Sasha! Normally, the Great and Wise elders of the Teapot Club and Secret Society quibble over applications from dogs within 1 pound of the 7-pound minimum, but Sasha's picture shows a healthy and athletic pooch who is in no danger of slipping below the magic number.

:D Ok, I think it's time I bit the bullet and stopped being in denial....I don't truly think Harry is going to shrink, so I would be very grateful if he could be considered as a viable applicant for The Teapot Club please?

Name: Harry

Age: 2 years, 8 months

Weight: 20lbs....:eek: :D

Brief description: Harry is one of the happiest, most loving, funniest, easy-to-train (yes!! :p) loyal, cuddly pups that I have ever had the pleasure of 'owning'....:D

The only thing is - HE HATES WEARING CLOTHES!!! So attached is a piccie of him rolling around, trying to get his jumper off....!!! :D

Absolutely! Welcome to the Club, Harry and Sally. The Ancient and Wise Elders of the Teapot Club and Secret Society were initially concerned at Mom's reluctance to embrace Harry's Teapotness, but they understand that it's not easy to come out of the Teacup closet and loudly proclaim I'M A LITTLE TEAPOT!

In the end, your courage won them over.

And Harry, you'll be happy to know there's no mandatory uniform required for the club, so if tormenting Mom over clothes is your idea of fun, you are within your rights. :p

I apologise for my reluctance, and understand your concern...but Harry has truly come out of the closet now, and proclaims LOUD AND CLEAR...."I'm big...and I'm svelte...and I need a pink Buddy Belt"....:eek: :cheer: :D Lots of love from Harry (and his silly mum! :D) xx

Name: Bronco
Age: 10 Months
Weight: 18 lbs

With a name like Bronco he was destined to be a big one. He also tends to gallop when he runs. :) He has tons of energy, is long, lean, and one crazy machine. We were originally told he would be around 9 lbs so we expected him to be a bigger Yorkie but we had no idea he would get to the size he is now.

oh my gosh, Bronco looks so much like Monty!!! Even as far as the longer body. Monty currently weighs 18 lbs at 1 year!! So happy to see another yorkie that is soooo similar.

I finally figured out where to enter my Rufus' apllication for the teapot club :D

Age: 1 year
Weight: 13 pounds

"Dear Teapot club members,

Please accept my application for the Yorkshire terrier teapot club :)
I'm a 1 year old yorkie and I weight 13 pounds :)
Even though everyone says i'm too big (even my vet don't believe I'm a yorkie0, my mommy is proud of how I am and loves me even more ;)

OMG! OMG! OMG! Bronco is adorable in a way that only Teapots can be adorable. 18 pounds at 10 months -- AND a long, lean crazy machine? Incredible!

Normally, the Venerable and Ancient Elders of the Teapot Club and Secret Society go through the long, hot days of summer in a semi-catatonic state, but Bronco's application called for immediate arousal with trumpets blaring.

They weren't too keen on the trumpets idea, but they were overjoyed with Bronco's perfect application, pictures and statistics that could make even the most tenured Teapot Club member jealous.

In short, the Elders waived the 1-year clause for accepting new members and embraced Bronco in the Teapot Club and Secret Society with open arms. In fact, three of the elders got Bronco tattoos and there's a movement afoot to make him the Teapot Club's official Poster Boy for the millennium.

Welcome to the Teapot Club and Secret Society, Bronco. You are destined for great things!

Oh goodness! In an age of worldwide government surveillance, how could Rufus's terrific application have been ignored? It cost the Teapot Club and Secret Society a stunning new member for two months!

Not only does Rufus's application contain all of the necessary information -- age, weight, name and pictures -- but his courage in standing up to those who would doubt his Yorkie pedigree just because of his size is exactly the kind of Yorkie we want in the Teapot Club and Secret Society.

By unanimous vote of the Ancient, Wise and Venerable Elders, Rufus is welcomed to the Teapot Club with two open arms.

Congratulations, Rufus (and Mom). Your days of being shunned by non-believers are gone!

Yayy, I'm so (cough cough) uhm I mean, Rufus is so happy to be accepted into the Teapot Club :)
