CJ was alot of help to me. I have alot of patience when I'm on the business end of the phone. When I'm on the consumer end I get a little cranky.

You must, as I do, do lots of hating these days. Customer service sucks so often. The beauty of this is the power of our numbers. PETCO must realize that we, as a group, could put a dent in their profits. Pound for pound we spend more on our babies than the average dog owner. That's cause our babies are anything but average. :yorkiesar

I think our little friend choked the petco supervisor with her 3 way call with Fedex!!!! That's how. In all my years helping people i've never heard of a problem with so many closed minds. Glad it's over. Going for that second glass of wine.....and I don't drink.

Gee...isn't that AMAZING!! You did a great job Ashley! And add me to the list of people who won't be using Petco.com in the future.

EXACTLY! I know petco wouldn't be petco without people like us shopping there. The supervisor actually had the nerve to ask me what items didn't I receive. But this time, after help from you all, came prepared. He told me to call back with the names of all of the missing items and he'd re-ship them. I told him "not so fast. Not only do I have the names I also have the SKU numbers of all the items that I did not receive." His response? "Oh well, I see someone has come prepared..." and after a long sigh, "okay,what are they?"

I remember someone on here mentioning to make sure I get all the paperwork in order. So I made sure I retrieved every email that petco sent me. Yeppers. He said they should be coming in a couple of days.

I WAS going to try to talk to him about the car seat that I cancelled BEFORE IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE SHIPPED and STILL CHARGED to my account.. but after all of this, I will just go up to my local petco and just return it. Sigh! Does everyone go through things like this or is it just me? Can anyone recommend OTHER PLACES to buy stuff for your furbabies?

I haven't ordered anything from Petco.com, & thanks to your tale Ashley, I won't be in the future! I have ordered from Petsmart.com & JBPet.com & had no trouble with either one of them. I've returned items to a Petsmart store that I purchased online & they were happy to help me.

Of course when you're dealing with a huge nationwide chain, you can always run into an individual in person or on the phone who is just not helpful or are having a bad day. So I take that into consideration! The best advice I can give is to keep all your ordering info...numbers, names of people spoken with, date & time you spoke with them, etc...together until you are certain your transaction is complete & you are satisfied. It may seem like extra work, but when you have a situation like you did last night, you are glad that you've got it all!
