 I had my baby Neutered on 12/28 and he acts the same way he did than before the surgery. I think people tend to say a dog is going to act a certain way based on personal experience. When every dog is different as well as the owners are different so i guess you would have to see how he acts after you have it done. Right after his surgery i tried not to baby him to much so that he wouldnt get used to it i mean dont get me wrong i hugged and kissed him alot but didnt over do it. So i would say wait till after his surgery and post your comments on his behavior and it will be a new experience to share with all of us. Keep us posted! |
My Pepper was neutered almost a month ago, at the age of 6 months. Apart from having a few slow and 'chill' days right after the surgery, I didn't notice any difference... He's still as hyper and crazy as before, his eating habits didn't change either. Maybe other will be more help  |
Lex was neutered last friday and other than a bit of grogginess and discomfort that same day post-opt he was himself the following morning. He was put through the ringer while under..he was neutered, his teeth cleaned, ears cleaned and nails done. No changes in his personality. He is still the same little needy clown. So far it seems that his marking of the basement pillars has stopped so that is one for the books. That makes me very happy :D . |
oh that is good! thats one thing he does marking door frames!!!!!...well that will be good if that stops...thankyou |
