Benji scared me to death!!! We finally got back from NY and we had to go grocery shopping. So we put Benji and Bella in the bathroom so they could play while we were gone. Anyways we get back a couple hours later and Bella comes running out. I was like OMG where is Benji. I started to freak out and cry running all over the house and screaming outside for him. About 15 minutes later my boyfriend and I go back into the bathroom. We search the closet (even though the door wasn't open) and then Patrick decides to open the cabinet under the sink. Sure enough there is Benji sitting up looking at us. I have no idea how he got in there but I am so happy that he was. He didn't even chew anything under there. I think he was afraid too. I hope that never happens to me again!!!! I don't know how people deal with there babies missing or passing away. :( |
Maybe those 2 were playing hide and seek :) I'm glad they are both ok and I know how scary that is!!!! |
Bella must have locked him in there! lol |
awwww Bella wanted to see what being an only furchild felt like..lol..I'm glad you found the poor little guy. I know how scary it is when you feel like they could be gone :( |
OMG ok I know that TOTALLY freaked you out girl and it would have me too - BIG TIME - but I just have to tell you how cute that is LOL!!!! I can just see you opening up that cabinet door and - THERE'S BINJI!!!! Looking up at you like, "WHY am I in this cabinet mom?" I can just picture it!!! LOL - that is so funny!!! What a cute little guy he is!! ALTHOUGH - I do wonder how the heck his little Yorkie butt got in there :p Stedman can sometimes get cabinets (AND DOORS if they are cracked open a little bit) open, so maybe one of them just used their little paws to pry open the cabinet door and then it shut behind them??? Or maybe Bella wanted her privacy and decided to do away with Binji! LOL - I don't know...but the thoughts that are running through my head right now are so cute :p And I know you are probably about ready to kill me because you were worried sick! :( lol - ok I'll shut up now...thank goodness Mr. Benji was found SAFE in that cabinet!! |
The exact thing happened to use about a year ago. I was so terrified. I seriously thought I was going to faint. My husband went to get me a wet rag in the bathroom to wash my face with and he opened the cabinet under the sink and there sat our little Sophie. She looked at me like "why are you crying mommy? What happened?" Completely oblivious to the fact that I was in hysterics because of her. |

Sorry for the fright. I'd leave Ajah in the kitchen with the gate up I got home and she was gone...everytime. 1st time I was screaming her name running in and out the house. (how something 4 inches from the ground could unlock and open a door I dont know.) But I'm freaking out my then fiance is trying to calm me down. 15 minutes later we find her in the second bedroom - inside the back closet - inside a shoe box. Just sitting there like nothing happened. All that hollering I was doing no bark or nothing but let someone dangle keys outside and she's going crazy:D She pissed me off that day but it's funny now.:p Every other time she would manage to find her way behind the refrigerator or in the hall closet. I figured out later she is terrified of being alone if it's raining really hard and will find a place to hide. who knew |
