Going to Buy Food...Which do you RECOMMEND out of these 4? Ok these 4 Dog foods are all 5 Stars Quality but I am having a hard time deciding on what to go with Ok here is the list Please pick 1 that you Recommend.......... I know my local pet store carries Chicken Soup and Fromm's Four Star but I'm not sure on the others but please give me your suggestion THANKS!!!! 1)Chicken Soup 2)California Natural 3)Canidae 4)Fromms's Four Star P.S. My pup is currently on Science Diet :thumbdown and beside the fact that the food is CRAPPY I do notice that my pup poops 3 times in the morning and give or take 6 times throught out the day  and I thought it could be that he is just a puppy but now I'm starting to think maybe its the food also  He's been on Science Diet since he was born and he's almost 4 months I'm glad I noticed that it was bad food while he is still young :) |
I highly recommend Chicken Soup because that is what I feed my group and they do so well on it. My picky ones love it, my maltese's allergy problems have cleared up and my golden retriever poops so much less. I have not fed the others so hopefully you will get some opinions on those. |

2 's up for Chicken Soup!!! :D My little guy LOVES this stuff - and it is a GREAT quality food! |
I also give all of mine Chicken Soup. It is the only food they all liked, I tried just about every other food and this is the one they really liked. It has also helped their coat alot and it is a great quality dog food. So I vote for Chicken Soup!!!  |
  Chicken Soup here also. |
Canidae dry and canidae canned for all my children! |
Hello fellow Louisianan....my 3 babies all love Chicken Soup. I have a 3 yr.old that is...well, picky is putting it mildly!:D Just changed them over about 2 weeks ago, on only Chicken Soup now and I can't fill the little buger up! My babies say Chicken Soup! BTW, where are you? I'm in Many, west central LA. half way between Shreveport & Alexandria.:) Nice to meet ya! |
I don't want to take over your thread, but I have never tried Chicken Soup! Would it be good for a senstive tummy? We are currently on Nutro Natural Choice Lamb and Rice and my vet, of course, recommends staying on it since it is a good quality food and Mojo does well on it. Just curious though! |

Chicken Soup for puppies is such a nice tiny kibble. Mine are eating it now. I really liked the Innova too. I got samples of the Innova at a local pet shop. |

I will have to check and see if Chicken Soup is sold around here - I will check PetsMart and Petco and some feed/vet stores. Mojo seems to like Nutro Natural Choice and it is small kibbles (which helps) and he likes it even more w/ Missing Link on it. I think my vet is thinking, if you find something your picking eater who has a senstive stomach likes and will eat on his own and it doesn't bother his stomache - stay w/ it! Which makes sense. Do you think I could get a small sample of Chicken Soup? If not, would someone be willing to send a small bag of it? --isn't that horrible to come right on out and ask??!! (sorry) But I am really curious about it! I wonder too if it is "better" over all than Natural choice too? |

Let me know if you can't find this anywhere and I'll be more than happy to send ya some to try. Or, if you'd rather not mess around with hunting a sample size bag down - just PM me and let me know and I'll get some Chicken Soup out to you and little Mojo right away ;) |
Yea Stedmansmommy is right they have a little Trial Size for 2.99 and that is just what I purchased just to see if my pup likes it I hope he does :) |
OK as you can see from my previous post I went with CHICKEN SOUP also bought a bag of CHICKEN SOUP Puppy Treats I was also strongly considering California Natural but they were out of the Puppy Bites and they didn't carry the Candiae so if my pup does not like the CS I will go to California Natural |
