Oh MY GOODNESS!! HE IS GETTING TOO SPOILED!!! Ok I was on the computer and Bailey was in his little bed which is not even a foot high and he was crying for me so I guess in the mixed of looking up he leaned forward and FELL UGHH and he was favoring his front leg so I bursted out in tears and my husband comes running in the room full speed and saw Bailey crying so he picked Bailey up and Bailey stopped IMMEDIATELY and when he put him down we both left the room to see if Bailey would follow us and Bailey came walking and I picked up on of his toys and was playing with him and he was jumping up and down to get it so he was OK but I DON'T GET IT!!! I HOPE THIS IS NOT HIS LITTLE NAUGHTY WAY TO GET HIS WAY AND FALL AND MAKE ME CRY JUST TO MAKE SURE HE'S IN MY ARMS :( HE TOTALLY SCARED THE HECK OUT OF ME!! Luckly he is fine but I am about to go purchase insurance right now because he gives me too much of a scare....He is DEFINETLY SPOILEDDDDDD!!!! |
wow I would say a spoiled pup LOL like mine are too. I'm glad he is ok :) |
I hope he is okay too! I know our these little ones are tough though and Mojo has had several falls (first 2 - dashed to vet, xrays and $100s later, found it he was fine). These little stinkers do have "knack" for getting their way....Mojo will sometimes whine and whimper wanting a toy...when the darn thing is right there.......he will keep it up until you give it to him! Sometimes, he just wants the toy, sometimes he wants to play! Oh......our silly, but wonderful furbabies!!! |

Oh my GOSH girl, YOU SHOULD SEE STEDMAN!!!!   If you look up SPOILED in the dictionary, you will see Stedman's picture posted right by it!! And I am NOT kidding! lol. Girl - he is the BIGGEST Baby  I mean literally - I have people tell me all the time that if I ever got another Yorkie baby, he would probably go into a depression, lol. A month ago, when I was still in the hospital after my surgery, my mom and husband had snuck away to the gift shop while I was knocked out (which was pretty much ALL the time lol) and anyway, they bought me a stuffed Yorkie (a Gund) to look at and hold because I missed Stedman so much :( Well...it looks SOOOOO incredibly real  I mean I swear when they walked in the room I thought they had went out and bought me another baby and snuck it in the hospital room or something, lol. Well anyway, my husband said, "I wonder what Stedman is gonna think of this thing" Ok well - Stedman is SO freaking jealous of this stuffed Yorkie!!! HE THINKS that it is real. I mean it is so hilarious. I will go up to it and kiss it on it's nose and say, "What a sweet little baby...such a CUTE little baby!!!" and pet it and love on it - and Stedman FREAKS out! He does NOT like me giving that thing ANY kind of attention!!!!! Even if I am just standing there holding it in my arms - not saying anything to it or anything - he will BARK at me like CRAZY!!!! OMG my husband and I CRACK UP at this! It is HILARIOUS!!! So one day my husband and I decided to sit it on the ground to see what he would do with it, and he sat on it's head  I guess trying to suffocate the dang thing lol...and then he nearly ripped it's ear off!! He barks and growls at it - omg he hates it. I had to just put it up because if he see's it he just wants to rip it to shreds lol. Also - when I am on the computer - he will literally sit there and look up and me and just BARK until I pick his little butt up. That is his way of telling me that he wants to be held. I swear, he is like a BABY! Babies cry when they want to be held - Stedman just barks. lol. It totally cracks us up. And he does the same exact thing if we are going to bed. But even if we are just STANDING by the bed - he will come in there and just STARE at us and bark and whimper and cry because he thinks we are going to bed and forgetting about him  I'm telling you - he has to be with us at ALL times!!! Gosh, what a little BABY!! lol |
Glad he is ok...and yes all our pups are spoiled... My lil one mickey, refuses to jump off the couch even though he can...he just sits on the corner and barks...waiting for us to pick him up. (but when we arent looking i have seen him jump off) so yep another spoiled yorkie in the making!! |
Yep, it is easy to spoil them when they are just so so cute and cuddly. But perhaps he did hurt himself just a bit maybe even scared himself and needed just a little reassurance that he was okay. OR maybe he is just spoiled but let's give him the benefit of the doubt and say he hurt himself a wee bit and he is a quick recoverer (that a word?).:D |
Can you spoil a yorkie too much? I didn't think so but you may be on to something...LOL :D I think all of our yorkies are spoiled - who can resist those adoring faces and sparkling eyes? Both of mine are spoiled with Gage probably being more so than Gabby - NOT that we love her any less but my heart just went out to Gage. See, he's a rescue and my worst fears about what happened to him before we got him were confirmed over the Christmas holidays - he had gone through 4 months of being kicked across rooms when he wouldn't get out from under foot, literally picked up and thrown - I can't say more cause it makes me angry all over again - I honestly believe I could get away with justifiable homicide if I were to kill the idiot who had him before I did! So, if Gage wants to sit in the computer chair with me, he sits in the chair with me. If he wants to lay on the couch with me, he lays on the couch. And I now have him spoiled on our gas heater - if he's cold, he will go over, sit in front of it, and bark until I turn it on for him..LOL!! Gabby doesn't like the heater but wants to be right where we are so she is our shadow - follows us everywhere!! |
It's so true, they are so easy to spoil...they are like little good kids..lol Mickey gets anxious when he isnt in the same room with us, i guess that is kinda bad...but honestly i want him by me all the time..lol so guilty as charged for spoiling~! |
