i am NOT sleeping with her! no way is that ever gonna happen. i already have a 1.5 yr old and a 5 month in there. plus hubby wouldn't have it. we are in the process of trying to get our bed back! |
I would make sure her belly is full then have the hubby or yourself give her a good walk/run around the block. Throw the ball a litte, play around and tire her butt out at night. This would at least get you some sound hours of sleep. :) |
hmmmm... that i can do. i'll have to try that tonight! thanks |
You are a brave woman with 5 kids, two of them so young, taking on a puppy besides. With all that spare time on your hands, you're going to have to get that puppy playing during the day so she'll be tired enough to sleep at night. How old are your other kids? When dogs have nothing to do, they often just sleep. Those kids need to keep her busy and playing so she'll get into the family's routine with her days and nights like everyone else's. |
awww poor baby, mine did that since he was confined to the bathroom to learn potty training, but i threw in a stuffed bear, some sqeak toys, and he loves to dig around his bed and look for his left over chews, so i would hide his chews in his blanket or under his bear and he will keep himself entertained looking and diggin for them, |
:D i know crazy right! the other 3 are 8,5, and 4. they like to hold her but they don't really "play" with her. when i play with her they look at me like i'm hurting her. i tell them that we are playing but they don't getit. oh well i guess its up to me!:p thanks for the advice! |
