Hi Cheri and Chanel - it sounds like you too had a grand adventure, but your mommy is really worried about mean people taking you away from her. My mommy tells me all the time we have to be careful cause she doesn't want to lose me. She is a great mommy and I don't want someone taking me away. Think of all the pretty things in my closet I'd never see again!!

Anyway, kisses to both of you and mommy will take you out again. You just have to be patient. I don't get to go many places cause Mommy says Michigan isn't very dog friendly, but I especially like going to the bank where they fuss over me and give me treats!!

And, I hope the big guy in the red suit brings you lots of awesome presents. Mommy keeps talking about my stocking but I can tell it's empty - but I have gotten lots of new stuff lately!!!

Since I live in Houston - I'm always leary of someone paying too much attention to them. I hate to stereotype people but it was so weird yesterday - 3 MEN at Petsmart were way too interested in my girls....you just dont see men doing that kind of thing. They'd been leaving when I arrived and all three turned and stopped and tried to talk to me - We just went into the store but I kept my eyes on them and they actually hung back ...they were still outside when I left which was really strange so I made sure we weren't followed by driving on side streets and watching behind me.

and it's just plain SAD things are the way they are these days with small breeds. They just plain aren't safe anymore - it used to be bigger dogs you had to worry about... now it's PEOPLE too. They're stealing dogs like crazy in houston and it makes me sick.
Hey they could have been intrested in (YOUR GIRLS) LOL JK I know what you mean I get scared to taking my two out and all the attention we get.

Oh my! You are brave to take two out. It is tough shopping with two Yorkies. It took a long time to get Molly use to it and now with two pups I will have to do all internet shopping.

Well, whether the men were interested in THE MEAN MOM, or the cuddly cuties; it is sad how we can't be too careful in public.

One hates to let paranoia rule; but we must use common sense, too. They could have followed you home, to see where YOU live, or to come back for the Spy Girls :eek: . Anyway, another reminder from th' l'il ol' lady about being aware of your surroundings, ladies! Chanel's MEAN MOM had her radar on - good girl!

thank you - that crossed my mind & I did take a few turns and streets just to make sure I wasn't followed -

If it were 3 women I doubt I'd have noticed them but 3 MEN in Petsmart is just plain strange. The bad thing is women can be scoping out our dogs also ...so it's always good to watch ANYONE who is watching you.

We actually had a really nice little time and part of the reason I did take them home was due to an injury (mine) - they were just a little too excited lol - and I was tempted to check my coffee cup from that morning but I know better :D they were just plain HAPPY

Deer Chanel an Cheri... my mom took us, Me and Hopey out yesterday too... she says NO WAY NO HOW... we were jus bein cuTE for everyone.... I didnt mean to wrap around mommy's legs, really I didnt... Hopey was so scared, she cried ALLL the time. I told her she was ruining my fun day!!! We were trying HARD to see that little Yorkie baby they had there... he wanted to come home with us, mommy said NOOO.... I got a new toy, did you?? they said I couldnt eat it but HAHA.. I DID!

I am sure if you pout pretty enuf your mommy will give in and take you out again... I know mine willlll

Hey Tootie....our mom talks big but she's really a big mush ....we know she'll take us more places. She keeps saying stuff about 'school uniforms' and 'training classes' though...we dont know what that means but think it means we get more clothes ??? :D

and ya Toots - we got that pouting face thing down to a science. We learned to hide our ears too when we pout - it always makes mom laugh
