Was crib pad, now wee wee pads! 1 Attachment(s) My shipment finally came in today. I'd ordered washable crib pads. I made them into washable wee wee pads! I put them in the litter box I made for her, and she's using them! Wooo hoo, finally some washable pee pads I could afford. I'm so tickled!! No more buying pee pads every month! I made 6 pads out of one crib pad! |
That is so smart! I would go to washable pads if I didn't have so much laundry all the time anyway. I have 3 teenagers, so I have laundry constantly. I order disposable pads on ebay 200 at a time, they are about 15.00 a case, that doesn't include shipping-which is what really get's ya! Think of the money you'll save! |
I read about someone buy crib pads at Walmart for this use, but didn't realize you need to cut them up. Can you tell us more about your litter box; is it a modified cat box? Looks neat. Nancy |
Nancy, yes it is a modified kitty litter box. They aren't near as pricy as doggie litter boxes. You can buy 8 of them for less than what you pay for 1 dog litter box. I don't know about anyone else but I could make 6 of these pads for the boxes, out of one crib pad. They kinda big for using whole, as they are 27"x52". That'd make one huge pee pad, lol. |
that is pretty kool |
That was a great idea. I have my son's crib pad and I was wondering what the heck to do with it the other night when I went into his closet. Thanks....he he. It will come in handy with my new puppy coming this friday. |
