YT Calendar thanks I wanted to start a thread to thank Dan & Corrine, AlaskaYorkie, Admin and everyone else who worked on the 2007 Calendar. I can't imagine how much time they spent on making this a great calendar. Can't wait to get mine!! THANK YOU!!!! |

I hope I know when they want pics for these next year, I would like to have maggie and kizzys pics it. I didnt know for some reason this year when they started sending in the pics for it. I guess I didnt read something here. lol. |

It really didnt matter anyways, not even close to everyone that posted pics got into the calendar.. I know I was disappointed, but I think i will get over it. At least Ill have a calendar with familiar yorkie faces on it. Maybe I will have a shot at it next year, who knows...:D |

Thank you! Patti, It's so sweet for you to start this thread! I just found it and I apologize for not responding more quickly. To All: It was so much fun and an honor to be part of this project. Since it is the inaugural YorkieTalk calendar, it took longer than anticipated to ship them but they are on their way to your mail boxes! The calendars were printed at my work, Orange County Printing, and when I saw them finished they looked so much better than I expected! Your BABIES POP OFF THE PAGES! Everyone involved in this project was such a pleasure to work with and the team was so dedicated to make this a success. But most of all, it would not have happened it YOU ALL didn't participate and support the project by sending in all those wonderful photographs, tips and purchasing them in advance on blind faith! I wish we could have used them all! I hope you all are happy with the layout and quality of the finished calendar. I'm going to apologize in advance if there are any errors or type-o's.:D Your feedback would be very helpful towards creating the 2007 edition! Oh I can't wait to get them. Thanks so much for the time you dedicated to it, and to Alaska Yorkie too. So far my only suggestion for next year would be to make the cut off sooner so they get done sooner. |

I too would like to thank all involved on this project. :good job: A special shout out "thank you" to Villette. :thumbs up If it weren't for her, my Jilly's picture would not have been in this years calendar. This was a true labor of love for all involved in this production and we all can't wait to see the finished product. These are going to make great Christmas gifts! Thanks, everyone, for the kind words. My understanding is that 90 percent of the calendar orders were mailed to you on Wednesday. They should be arriving any day. As you know, this was an all-volunteer effort. We would have liked to get them to you a little earlier, but we did the best job we could. Thanks for your understanding. One thing I learned from this project is that Corinne, Admin and Val rock. All the volunteer work that was done was for the unselfish love of Yorkies. |
