Hi Ssmiles1980A I love your forum handle! And the picture. We've looked at carriers for Heidi like what you have pictured, and others. When spring comes and the weather's much warmer, she and I are going to work on walks again. Heidi does much better on a leash with me than she did with Cuz ( pride for both of us here!) She doesn't like to walk far, but around the block or down to the post office is good. Since I'm more than slightly overweight, a coach I tried for a while said that I should walk 10,000 steps a day. I usually work at sit-down jobs, and when I went walking - whew, that's a LONG distance at times! I want to get a good carrier and/or pet stroller, and then Heidi and I can walk together until she gets tired. There are some big dogs behind fences on my usual route, but also a couple of cute little ones - one of which can get out easily. So I need to be careful. Theresa Quote:

Hi Shadow's Mommy :) Heidi and I are loving being here! We're glad we found you too. I am on a yahoogroup for Yorkies that is very very quiet, hardly anyone ever posts. I was beginning to think that there weren't many people that liked Yorkies - until I found here. Theresa Quote:

Hi Maizee Grace :) Am I seeing right? Is Maizee Grace an all-white Yorkie? I didn't know there was such a color! One of my friends has an all white Maltease, but I've never seen a completely white Yorkie. Thanks for the welcome - I think the nonaddiction is a lost cause :). Theresa Quote:

Hi Kelly353! I think Heidi looks more like Zoey, but darker on and around the nose. Mom tried a Harley Davison hat on her the one time we had her at PetSmart, she wasn't quite sure about it. It was so cute though! People passing by commented on it. We set it back - she needed a toothbrushing set more. I haven't tried clothes or another hat on her yet. Cuz doesn't get clothes for her dogs, so I have no idea if she will like them or not. Theresa Quote:

Hi Archie and Buddy and Carol ! :) New York, hmmm? Anywhere close to New York City? I was there in summer 2004 and loved it. Should be going back in June of 2008. Don't know if I'll be bringing Heidi along though, it depends on who I bring and/or go with. The lady and her daughters that I came with are allergic to animals, so Maggie (my Cairn Terrier at the time) had to stay home with Mom & Dad :( That reminds me - I have to find a pet friendly hotel in Phoenix for graduation this summer. The cats are good on their own, and we have a couple of folks that will likely check that they are fed and watered, etc., but I want Heidi to come with us. I am looking now... Theresa Quote:
