Yorkie Party! Has anyone been to a Yorkie Party? Diamond and I went to one last night and it was loads of fun!!! There is a Yorkie breeder that lives near my sister (West Chester, PA) and she had a show at one of the neighbors houses...she showed some grooming tips, and a bunch of cool treats, toys, clothes, etc etc. :D She even showed us how to officially do a topknot :p Needless to say, I bought some rubberbands and some bows :animal36 I tried not to go TOO nuts and only got a comb which looks GREAT, the breeder said there is nowhere this comb won't go through and it's great for eye boogies! I got the comb, a bunch of bows, small treats, harness, and a small battery operated shaver. She showed us how to use it to clean the butt area and the ears   She even tried it on Diamond's ears and Diamond was a good sport!!!! She said you should trim the top 1/3 of their ears? I don't know if I like how it looks but she said this will prevent them from flopping although I never had a problem with her ears. Just wanted to share :) The company was called Spoil 'Em Rotten, Inc. I couldn't find a website :( |

That sounds like so much fun!! I've been trying to find some people who own yorkies around my area, but there aren't too many :( I would love to hear some advice that you learned! |
