My new sweater design
 

Ive still been working on perfecting a sweater pattern and trying out all sorts of fun yarns and appliques. Here is a sweater I did yesterday for Tink, I only got one pic before my camera died. BUt this time I made this sweater so its comes higher up on the underside (which you obsviously cant see from the picture:rolleyes: lol) :)

What do you think? Honest opinions please.

I always tend to be a symetrical person so thats why I arranged the flowers the way I did, but do you think it would look better if they were more randomly spaced?

I started knitting a scarf for a friend in the summer of 2004 for her 30th b-day, which was in December. I STILL have not finished it (She will be 32 in 19 days:( ) I keep telling her that it's on backorder :p

Very cute!! But I think the flowers would look good if they were randomly placed -- not that this isn't absolutely adorable (because it is), I just prefer stuff to look natural and not perfect. But you did a fantastic job, it looks awesome! :thumbup: :thumbup:

I just ordered a bunch of adorable crocheted appliques off the internet(flowers and other stuff) to put on more sweaters. I can crochet but that would take so long to make the little flowers and Im pretty sure I woudl quickly lose interest, lol so I cant wait until I get there already made crochet appliques in!:p

Ive probobly made about 15 or more sweaters now, but Im still trying to perfect my pattern and build an inventory before I actually sell them only becasue it takes awhile to knit a sweater and so far its only something I can do in my spare time in the evening so I dont want to make it something that if I get orders I would get behind on becuase there is no telling how much time I will have to make them. I just recently started making them where they come up higher on the underside. And yes I have been buying tons and tons of boy colors and all different textures of yarns. :) So I hope to make them for both boys and girls.

Besides this black flower sweater here are 2 others I have knitted for chloe and some of the other ones Ive made. I love the soft hairy yarn, chenille yarn, & fat chunky yarn (thats what I used on the black sweater).

Wow, you are very talented and I'm jealous. Yup, keep working on that inventory so when my baby is full-grown I can order a few:)
