Hey guys...anybody have any good costume ideas for your babies. I'd love to see halloween costume pictures. So far this is my favorite...but I can't find it for less than $50...and that's a little silly for something she will only wear one day a year. It is cute though. :p

I am working on a few costume ideas. I was thinking of making Bridget and Xander spiders. I dont know, I always do weird stuff. A few years ago my family went with a wizard of oz theme and my doberman played toto, we got a huge basket and made it wrap around her. It was pretty funny

That is such a cute Ballerina dress!

Missy was a Ballerina last Halloween, I will try to attatch a picture here. I bought her dress at a craft store, it was intended for a teddy bear but fit her perfectly. I don't remember exactly what I paid but it was either $4 or $7, it was a great bargain and looked so cute on, she turned lots of heads while out trick or treating ;)

Wow! Teddy bear clothes. I never thought of that. I'll have to check it out. I bet you can find all kinds of cute stuff there. :D

Wow! Halloween! How exciting! I hadn't thought of that yet!!!!! I can't wait to get my Esme a costume and take her trick or treating!

Will this be your 1st Halloween with Esme?

Last year was my 1st Halloween with Missy, we took her out trick or treating with us and she had so much fun!

This year we'll have both Missy and Max. The only thing that came to mind so far is a football player and a cheerleader. lol

See, this is why I love this site. My dh thought I was crazy because I bought the dog a costume in late August. I had to be ready before all the good ones were gone!!!


Leila was a bumblebee last year. I didn't have Gidget at the time. I kinda want them to "go together" this year, you know? I was thinking I would look online for little Seattle jerseys, in honor of the dh... They could be freaks for Halloween! LOL! (no offense meant toward other Seattleites!)

Me too! I have a Dorthy costume...so I planned to dress up in it when we hand out candy...and have her as Toto. I'll have to take lots of pictures of that! :p

Her ballerina costume (that I am still looking for) is for the PetCo halloween costume contest. Do any of you go to that in your towns?

That's where I found the bumble bee and chili pepper :) I looooooooove PetEdge. I just order 90something dollars worth of stuff (some for my secret buddy) and cannot WAIT for it to show up.

You need to check out Build-A-Bear. Most of the outfits are for Teddy Bears but I take my dogs in the store frequently for shopping sprees.

Yorkieagility you are a genius. The stuff on the build a bear website is adorable. Everybody check out this tinkerbell costume I found on there. Isn't it perfect? They also have a really cute SnowWhite. :p

Also...somebody said earlier in this thread that they want their two babies to be a football player and cheerleader. They had a ton of that as well.

I bought a tux for bobo, a wedding gown for star, 3 bathrobes, and 2 pair of jammies. what a deal on clothes....
