what's wrong with my yorkie? my yorkie started acting funny a little bit ago. She is a year and two months old. her head was a little shaky and she was a bit wobbly. anybody know what could be wrong? |
Could possibly be low blood sugar. |
reply she's eating and drinking fine. she has a collapsed trachea, do you think that could have something to do with it? I'm taking her to the vet first thing in the morning to find out what's going on. |
It could be, Im not sure. I would definately recommend taking her to the vet. How old is she?? |
Try giving her some Nutrical or put a bit of sugar in water and feed it to her... But do take her to the vet when you can, especially if she has a collapsed trachea. |
Boy...that sounds scary - I think you're right to go to the vet asap....Good luck ! |
This low blood sugar thing scares me. I am a new Yorkie owner, and Sadie is 3 years old. Is this a puppy thing, or do I still need to worry about it with an adult dog? Thanks. Kate - Who still has a hard time referring to her as a dog, as she will always be a puppy in my eyes. Quote:
