has anyone ever tried this with bows when my neice's daughter was little she had very fine thin hair. they couldnt get bows to stay in her hair. she was in several beauty pageants and won several trophies. the figured out this way to keep her bows from sliding out. she too small thin peices of velcro and stuck it on each side of the inside of the clasp and the velcro kept them from sliding out. ive wondered if this would work for the puppies that have to have bands in their hair before the bows to help the bows stay in. i'm planning to get some and try it on a bow or 2 to see. sounded good to me. whatcha think? |
I've actually got some baby bows that have velcro on them (no barrette clasp or band). They work pretty good....but it's hard for me to say b/c Sadie will not leave one in for very long at all. |
well next time i go out and remember to get velcro, imma try it. |

I actually did try this, but it didnt work. Babies dont run around and wiggle their head into the carpet like happy little yorkies! My attempt at attaching with velcro didnt work for very long at all.. |
guess I will just wait till her hair gets thicker. |
Try These... ...Clamp Style Clips from Des at Go Fetch. Abbie's had one in allllll afternoon! Of course, I've straightened it a few times; but, (so far) she hasn't rubbed it out and chewed it up! |
