ok so i have seen many diff kinds & colours of yorkie coats. so tell me what's your fave coat and colour?:D

My fav color is the darkest black and tan or red and tan, basically as dark as possible LOL, and my favorite coat type is very thick and straight but heavy and not to silky.

My girls THANK You so much for making our day !!

I love the dark vs light on yorkies.... and each is special in their colors - I have one of each and think they both look just Stunning in the sun - So I'm on both sides- I love the golds and I love the darker colors too......

We sure have some gorgeous yorkies here and I think that's why they're so special - each has their Own unique look to them :) :) :)

Sophie has a gorgeous coat too. The other day I was one puppyfind and I saw this GORGEOUS yorkie, who's head was almost bleach blonde and her body was pale silver, I nearly died, it almostb looked like human hair! I love the dark coats, but I also admire the ones who are light.

I love my redlegs color, deep charcoal grey and bright red-gold. I know the stardard calls for a clear gold/tan on the head but I just love the dark grey strip between the eyes running up the topknot. :D :D

Yes! This is my favorite also, hopefully my next yorkie puppy will have the black strip in the middles of the topknot( my Tucker did). It's like yorkie highlights haha:p !

i think i like them all.lol it has to be between the real blondes and the really dark ones. kizzy and maggie are so many colors i wonder what color they'll ever end up being. yhey both still have black, white tan, blonde, and some beige lookin color. i'm getting impatient to see their adult color. since i'm sure their not gonna stay the all dark i hope they go to the pretty blonde color.

Well, my favorite color is STEDMANS COLOR! lol :p No but really - I wanted a Yorkie with his EXACT coat color. Not TOO light, not TOO dark. He is blue/silver, but a darker blue/silver...not the super duper light blue/silver. Also, he has the LIGHT tan which I like, not the DARK gold. The top of his head is a lighter silver which I love. So to make a long story short...I like the silver and LIGHT tan on Yorkies, which is exactly what I got ;) :thumbup:

I'm partial to the really light blonde ones, I guess we blondes have to stick to our own kind :p Just playing!
I think all of them are sooo beautiful and gorgeous in their own way and I tend to love the extremes, either the really dark ones or the really light ones. Jaden looks like bleach blonde on his head but his coat is a very pale silver. Everyone jokes with me saying that I dye his hair so that he can be a blonde and match "mommy" :)

I love Sophie's coloring.. she's a beautiful dog in general (one of my favorites on here). I really like how Oscar's colors are coming out too - he's very light and I think he's going to get a little lighter still. He's got a platinum blonde head! So pretty!

I like the medium steel color. I used to love Dark.....now, since I have been to several shows.........I pick what the judges like.....

So, I guess you would say that I am "evolving"......LOL:D

I love them all. I wanted a black back and I got one I had blue /gold that was my favorite I love the darker threads in the tan head got one of those. So right now I 'm not sure which color I like the best because every color I like I go and buy one.

This is my favorite, too. Dan+Corine's girl, Jazzie, is my favorite color.
