And starts asking me all these questions, like "what if someone doesn't get there dog shots because they say there dog doesn't get sick" So I'm like "OK, does there dog never ever step foot outside the house, are no dogs brought into the house..the dog can still get sick". Then he asks me "What about breeding, if your dog can be bred but shouldn't be because of something with their blood?" And I'm like "well the dog either should be bred, or shouldn't, theres no inbetweens". So I'm thinking he's talking about someone from work or something, but he won't tell me. Then he spills the news!...

He saw a 3mo old yorkie female in the advertiser and he called about her! I honestly don't know how we can afford another dog right now, but I guess HE can.

Unfortunatly, when he told me about the phone call I didn't get good feelings. From the first two questions he asked me, then he said he asked the lady if she breeds yorkies. Her answer was "No" so he asked why he's selling her and she says that she sells THINGS for a living. He asked "Dogs?" and she said no, just things. :confused: So I don't know if she bought the dog and plans on selling it or what? But then she told him that she recently became handicapped and just can't give this puppy the attention that she needs:(

If this puppy was only a couple hundred, it would be no big deal. But he said she dropped the price for him from 1200, to 1000. :(

I told him if he really thinks were ready for another, then how about adopting. So now he sent me on the internet to look up shelters. I think he's really serious, and I honestly don't understand how this is possible, but I really don't care! I'm soo excited..just wanted to share with you guys first before I begin my search! Wish me luck! :D

Good luck. I think you should get a female since you already have a male. Females are expensive though. There are so many cute things to buy females. I am always buying things for My Jewels

The whole story about that woman sounds fishy to me. Recently became handicap,sounds to me she never got the dog shots. And a 3 month old Yorkie is just 12 weeks, when most breeders sell them. To many questions for this lady I would have. I would look else where.

Yeah I know, that's why I told him "No, lets just go to a shelter". Another thing was that yesterday was the first day her ad was out, yet she told him she's already having offers...how many offers? LOL. My boyfriend really doesn't know as much about dogs as I do though, so I gotta give him some credit, LOL

Yeah I think I need to get a female as my next dog, because I'm soo sick of there always being soo many more girl clothes than boy clothes. And my bf won't let me put a dress on Rocky.

If she said she's already had offers, it was to pressure him! I also think something is really fishy with her myslef. Selling things, and being a brooker sound similar to me.

And if I'm not mistaken, a 3 month old yorkie should have some of its shots by now. I could be wrong on that. I know I got Venus at 10 weeks, and she'd had her first set by then.

She said the dog was started, but then she told him that her dogs "don't get sick" :confused: :rolleyes:

Rae Rae if your interested I contacted a Breeder in Dekkalb who has a 2 1/2 year old female for sale for 700.00. I am going to pass on her as she is not exactlywhat I am looking for. If you would like I can give you the details. She is cute but she has been cut down and weighs 4 lbs 12 ozs.

Ooohh...Is she spayed? Do you have a pic of her? I'll have to mention it to my bf, because I guess he does want a good deal on one, and that was what is promoting him to buy again right away, if he can find a deal. I'll see if this is a deal enough for him and get back to ya. Thanks Patti!

She is spayed, microchipped and she said housbroken but has the occassional accident. She weighe 4 /12. If you pm me your email i can send the email she sent with the picture. Her name is Livia.
