Usda :thumbdown OMG! Did you all know that... A breeder DOES NOT need to be USDA licensed if they don't sell to a petshop and are not a broker. It does not matter how many dogs they have. As long as they are only selling to the average joe then you are ok.That is just nuts! I always thought that if you had more than 3 breeding females then you had to be licensed. I also asked if "you know who" has a license. Guess what! NOPE.. Doesn't really surprise me tho. Anyway Just thought I would pass along this little tid bit!</IMG> |

That is interesting. I also thought if you had over a certain number you had to be licensed by USDA. but then I guess what i was told is, in my county, if you have over 4 females and 2 males, that you need a kennel license. I guess I just assumed that meant USDA. |
