Wow thank you for the info!!! I hope Coco gets to feeling better soon. You know I never thought about that. Our old ones are going in the trash tonite.

I know what you mean though about those yucky toys! I wash all mine in the washing machine once a week just like I do with clothes! And they don't get nylabones, because Weeg manages to chew little pieces off and it just freaks me out! But thanks for the helpful info!

Coco is doing great so far. What a little trooper I have. Throughout the whole day, she's been romping around wanting to play and give kisses,didn't even realize she's sick :rolleyes:

Thanks for the warning! I'm going to go through all of Rocky's bones and pigears now, and wash his toys.

I'm glad to hear Coco is doing better!

Poor Coco! Nobella, I had no idea this was going on - too busy at work to spend more than five or 10 minutes here yesterday! I'm so sorry this happened to Coco but glad to read she is acting more like herself now but I'm so glad you shared this! What an educational post for the rest of us who may not have realized this! In the past, I have always taken up their chews at night simply because of my fear of their choking during the night if it gets too small. But toys - as careful as I was when my skinkids were younger, I just NEVER thought about doing the same with Gabby and Gage's toys! I will be going home tonight to put them all through the wash (plush ones) and I will be washing the others down with clorox. Thank you for the information - and tell Coco that although I am so sorry she was sick, she has probably just saved a lot of other yorkie babies and their mommies from the same fate.

Any word from the vet on the test results? I'll check back in for an update.

Oh gosh, I am just reading this for the first time:eek: . I am so thankful Coco is acting fine...it probably means she is:) . That was awesome of you to come on and warn us all on what to do. There will be a whole lot of cleaning going on in YTers houses today! Give Coco kisses and tell her we all want her well.:getwellso

I hope Coco is feeling better today. Thanks for the warning! As soon as I get home I'll be throwing out all the old toys and flossies!

Awww thanks for all of the well wishes. Coco says thank you for caring. Her blood test results came back normal which means it was just something she'd gotten into, either her chews/toys or something I didn't find. But the good news is it has passed and after the vets yesterday she did great. She felt good this morning, no vomit, nothing. :D I'm happy to have my bear back :p although she was still herself throughout the whole thing, but I wasn't..lol

Doing the "Coco Dance" - so happy tests were normal!!! Yea Coco!! Now, don't scare mommy like that again (or the rest of us!).
