I think Piccolo is like this but my pictures are very bad. I love ALL different colors. It's such a treat to look at the posts in this tread !

I LOVE the chocolate colored yorkies or the really blonde, golden. Teddy is dark right now with some grey.

Thank you. We knew she'd be light. Her mom was black and gold, but her dad was a blonde yorkie. I have pictures of them somewhere. It took some getting used to because Muffin was black and gold. :D

I've got one of each. Mollie is darker & Wyatt is more Silver and Blonde. I love them both. But I absolutely love Wyatt's coloring.

The first one is of Mollie. After she had her puppies she lighten up a shade or two but, now she is as dark as she was before.

Wyatt just keeps getting lighter. I need to take him to get a trim. He still has black tips on his hair it's never been cut. I'm not going to get him cut short just maybe an inch. And have the hair cut on his belly. He is peeing on himself and has to be bathed more frequently.

Seems like my pup is going to be joining the 'Silver Club' LOL... In the first pic, he was about 2.5 months, he's 5 months in the recent second one.

I love when people have two, one light and one dark. When I started looking for a yorkie I had no idea they came in such a variety of colors!

I use to think that I loved the steel blue and gold yorkies or blue or tan yorkies but after having Scampers I realize I really love the black and gold yorkies. But my favorite colors are the non standard ones, parti, chocolate, and blonde yorkies. They are so unique and so beautiful.

I have one of each. Scampers is black and gold and Destiny is blue and tan, of course I think her tan might go to blonde because it is really light, I am not sure what is considered blonde and what is tan.

Julz, I just love seeing pictures of Mercedes, she is soooo beautiful and unique!!! Do you ever have people come up to you and ask what breed she is and after responding what are their reactions?? Just curious, not many people know about blonde, chocolate or parti yorkies. Actually I have never seen one in person and if it weren't for this site I am not sure I would know what one looks like. Mercedes is such a doll!!!

Here is a picture of Scampers and Destiny, you can see the color difference. Of course I don't have any pictures of Destiny's body so you can't see the blue, but she is blue and tan. I am taking pictures later this week and I will try to get some pictures of their whole bodies.

I love them all . No matter if they are lighter or darker . This breed is so intelligent and full of life , never a dull moment with Yorkies .

i like all yorkies but my fave coat would be the dark long silk

mine are both princess is the light blue ? & gold i guess you would call it silk fine coat .truffle has the growing fluffy thick cottony black and tan or gold coat..i'm hoping it will grow out silky but i don't think it will .he's like a little wooly mammoth
