Time Change Okay, Am I the only one that the time change is driving nuts? All my babies are off schedule and I'm not getting any sleep! Who's bright idea was that anyway?  |
NO, I'm of schedule and so is Grayson! I like that when we go out at the crack of dawn it is somewhat light, but I hate when I leave work it is DARK! |
I was so worried about the time change too - because Rex & Rowdy always got up at about around 6:00AM - so I knew it would be 5:00 now. But to my complete surprise, they maintained their 6:00 awakening - now me on the other hand............ For some reason this time change has been less disruptive - usually I'm out of whack for a whole week! I get up early and have to walk several blocks so I love that it is now light outside - but I LOVE DST because it is light longer in the evening - I hate leaving work in the dark!!!!! :( Next year we won't go off DST until November and I think it may start in March!!!!! :animal36 |
As a bus driver it's nicer having light of a morning picking up the kids, but Monday I felt like I was running late the whole route. Usually drive it in the dark. Hated it last night though, it was dark at 6:00 pm. |
I feel like I'm always rushing to get thing done before it dark when it DST I really hate it. Makes it much colder to more heat to warm house up. Minnie was ok with the time change but my 7 yr granddaughter wasn't. |
I love that it isn't pitch black as I drive to work, however, yesterday and today I have felt that I've been running so late. Kona and Bernie have adjusted fine. They'll sleep until one of us get out of bed. |

We don't observe the change here. Sometimes I wish we did. It's weird because I used to be able to call my mom (who lives in the Pacific time zone) on my way home from work, and she's be on her way home too. But now when I want to call her she's still working - so we don't to chat. :( Same goes for my aunt who I would call on my way IN to work - but now she's probably still sleeping! :thumbdown |
