I absolutely love this site - its the only one I've ever been on (never been in a "Chat Room" either) just never was that kind of person - whatever that kind of person is...
But when I found a place where everyone was kind, compassionate, friendly,helpful, knowledgeable and shared a love beyond sanity for Yorkies, I was hooked. I'm very glad to see some of these super-caring people speaking up to help keep this site the wonderful, caring, friendly place I first encountered. Due to some early trauma (nothing physical) from my parents divorce millenia ago, I tend to retreat and hide from conflict and negativity, raised voices and that kind of thing. I want everyone to be happy and get along all the time - I know, a little Pollyanna-ish, but I have experienced those feelings here and hope to keep doing so for a long time to come.

I cannot believe that I wrote this thread over a month ago and that I would be the one leaving in order to keep the peace on this forum. I realize that some things are just bigger than one person and cannot be controlled.

Due to some recent and ongoing unfortunate events on YT I have made the decision to take a break from posting. I feel that this is in the best interests of the forum and definitely not something I want to do. I have tried to avoid the conflict that seems to follow me, but it persists despite my best efforts. I care about this forum and I know that when threads get ugly sometimes it doesn't matter whose fault it, is it is not good for the forum.

I will still answer my PMs and read the posts here as well as join chat on occasion. I am sorry that I will no longer be able to participate in a public way, but I hope to maintain the private friendships I have made away from this public forum. I appreciate all of you who have supported me. I feel like I personally know just about every dog on here and I will continue to follow them as they grow and learn. Captain Hef, Princess Chai and my new baby will probably continue to post occasionally as they have some good friends on here as well.
