Does your yorkie share the bed with you? She is crate keep during the day so I feel that its fare to get to sleep with us at night she is a cuddle bug...... :) Plus she snuggles the baby like it's hers! SSOOO sOOOOO cute! |
Yes, mine sleep with us. They have to sleep next to me, and sometimes I have to move them around just so I can get up and go to the bathroom. |
Ours sleeps between us with her head on the pillow and her body under the cover. |

At first my husband was very against Carter sleeping with us but now he looks forward to him cuddling! Some nights, Carter starts out at the foot of the bed on my comforter but before morning is cuddled at the top of the bed near our pillows next to us. Other nights, he starts out and stays put at the top of the bed and under the covers. |
Scrappy sleeps with us he starts out at the end of the bed but when we wake up he"s between us under the covers and he is a bed hog. :) |
All 3 of our yorkies sleep with us at first my husband said no way and then he was the one to let them in. they all climb in under the covers and lay on my side of the bed love to snuggle with them they keep you warm but are like sand bags if you move they are filling in right beside you again. |
Sounds like we are in the same boat with Dawn, Lily's Mom! Toto allows us to share a small portion of her bed!! Since we have Toto, we have been buying wider beds and now have the widest that we could find and we still sometimes sleep with our butts hanging off!!! ;) I love the description that 011011 gave, they are like sandbags! And Toto loves us both so much that it's like she tries to give us equal time! We constantly wake and feel around to see where she is so we don't squash her! :eek: |
My Benji lets me sleep with him in the big bed too! He also lets our doxie Fred sleep there too! We wouldn't have it any other way! That's the best part of having a little one! |
:p Well 5 days of the week i'm not with them at night :( I work graveyard shifts so when i come home in the morning i cuddle do cuddle them and then on my weekends they do sleep with us, it's only fair!! :) |

When we first got our girls we used to encourage them to sleep by themselves, even bought them their very own beds...but they are stubborn and want to snuggle with us...so we caved in and now Sailor sleeps with me and Magic sleeps with my mom for now ( Magic likes her own space )...but they have actually started to sleep better now that they are with us...now if we can only get them to sleep past 6:30am....but they are great cuddle bugs!!! |
