so i go tthe number of this mobile groomer and made an appt. i told her i just wanted bella trimm shaved...she shaved her!!! completly shaved....i am devastated. i cryed all morning...who does that???? she looks soo silly and i feel so bad. how long does it take for hair to grow back?? ahhhhhhhh

Darn! I'm so sorry that happened! I've read about this nightmare many times before from other yt'ers! Have her wear clothes to cover her up for the time being and it usually grows back in pretty fast. She may need to wear sweaters to keep warm. Hugs to you!

I am sorry that happened. In about 3or 4 months it will be growing back pretty good

I think their hair grows roughly the same rate as ours does - about a half an inch a month. In a couple months she'll look like she has a cute little puppy cut I'm sure! I'm sorry you had such a disappointing experience! Did she have a long, full coat?

I hope you didn't pay for the groomer's services? When and if I ever take my babies to the groomer, I will definitely be going with pictures of what I want in hand - I've been collecting pics of puppies from here of cuts that I really like. If you take a picture with you, there's really no excuse for the groomer to make such a drastic error, even if they claim there was a verbal miscommunication somehow (not saying that there was in your case, but you know what I mean).

i have a sweater on her now....that helps a lots with the body.....but her little face...oh it makes me cry..... she wasnt that long....but she had a good amount of hair around her face....now there is nothing....hee face resembles how a chihuahua is cut.....

Awwww. I'm sorry. But on the positive side, it shouldn't take to long to grow back. My Meiah was shaved when I got her and her's is growing back real well. I bet she is still a cutie, even with the short hair. Can we see a picture? I bet she'll still get rave reviews! ;)

I"m so sorry I had someone cut Minnie face to and guess what I walked out without paying for it I told her not to cut her face and it was in writing. I know it will grow but it takes forever.

OMG they shaved her face?!?!? I'm so sorry you had to go though this. I would have been really upset too. Her hair will grow back in no time.

thank you soo much everyone....you guys are all so sweet....i was so upset that i decided to treat my poor baby and i went a little crazy and bought her all these cute outfits to wear ( to hide her shaved body..but shhhh... we wont tell bella that...hehe :) )....anyways....somehow...she still had just enough hair on the top so she could still wear her bow....but the sides of her face isnt good...and the way she cut it is soooo uneven....she has holes all over it....she was a mobile groomer....and this was at 8 am (i'm not a morning person)...i was just so shocked, i had never been in this situation, i didnt even think of not paying....i decided to try a mobile groomer bc i dont like havign to leave her at the groomer for a long time....ahh....anyways....thanks again everyone....when i get a chance to take pics..i will def post them..
