and watch tv and make noises at the tv when someone one there is getting attacked? mine dies and its funny a h*** just curious to see what your babies do!

Mine notices whenever there are dogs on there and will watch tv while they are on.

Kiki barks too when he hears other dogs on the tv. What's really funny is that he barks and tries to catch himself in front of the mirror.

Bernie will sit and watch tv, he hasn't really barked at anything yet, but sometimes he will turn his head from side to side.

Mine don't necessarily watch TV, but if they hear a doorbell on there or see big dogs on there, they will bark. Lately though, I watch the news and immediately after the news on the channel that I watch, Wheel of Fortune, comes on. They have those bells that ding on there for the first puzzle and my two just go nuts....I have to remember to change the channel immmediately after the news, LOL.

Mine doesn't even pay attention to the tv no matter what sounds he hears. Would be pretty funny if mine did what yours does, LuvtheCooper

Snickers will react to dog sounds, especially when the Dog Whisperer is on. He jumps off the couch and barks furiously at the TV, then looks behind the TV expecting to find a dog. He also runs to the front door when he hears a doorbell on TV. Baxter, on the other hand, is oblivious to everything...lol :animal-pa

Stedman is ALWAYS on the couch, and yes, he does watch t.v. too. If he ever hears a strange noise on t.v., he will turn his little head to the side and make a whimpering noise and then bark :rolleyes: :p

Hootie will sit in my lap while I'm watching TV and she acts like she is watching it, too. She cocks that head side to side like she is trying to figure out what they are saying. It is so cute!:p

My husband was watching the dog whisperer the other night and told me so come in and see this little Yorkie and Cali jumped up on the bed and started watching it and barking when the dog barked.

Yes, mine sit on the couch and watch TV, my oldest one who is no longer with us, used to love a certain advert we would call him if he was out of the room, and he would rush in, sit on the couch and watch it until the end, and then go off and play.

My other two I have now, also like certain things and will " talk " to the TV isn't it cute when they do this.

I have trouble watching "The Dog Whisperer" also. This is the program that causes him to bark the most --and he isn't even a barker!

Simon LOVES to watch tv. He has a weird fascination with Dr. Phil. If I'm home during the day and Dr. Phil is on Simon will just sit and watch.

Simon also panicks if he hears a baby crying on tv, he will start pacing around in front of the tv.

kizzy goes crazy when she hears another dog bark on tv. she runs all over the place looking for it, since she isnt in the LR and cant see the tv. And If I play a video anyone of yall make of your dogs, and they bark on it, she sits and barks back at the computer.

We don't have broadcast TV, but we do watch movies sometimes. Susan pays attention if there are animals in the movies or on the radio. And she notices if there are dogs on TV at other people's houses.

I think all dogs love to watch T.V. My little Yorkies will sit right down with my husband and watch t v with him for hours. Our boy loves to watch football. I get my little girl and we watch scarey movies together. She will bark at the t v set when something comes on that has a animal on it barking or whatever. Half the time she jumps off the couch and sits right in front of the TV. It is so cute to see the Yorkies enjoy everything we enjoy also.

Lucy sits on the back of the couch and watches tv. She barks when she hears a dog and will throw a fit when she sees herself in a mirror. Rebel is still too little to care.

My Mia goes nuts when the Domino Pizza commercial comes on - the one with the door bell ringing - she jumps up and starts barking like she's "on duty"! Too funny!

Some nights when hubby and I are watching TV with the lights out, Mia will catch her own reflection in the bathroom mirror and run to the end of the bed and try to talk to the other dog! Cracks me up! :grin2:

Mine will run to the balcony screen door and stare outside with his head corking to the left and right when he hears dogs barking from the tv.

Dixie does that, she will run around and stop dead in front of the tv and watch for a few seconds then back to running lol

muffin will only watch BLACK and White tv shows her favorite is I LOVE LUCY!!! I see no difference in it But she dose aparently!=)But tjhat is TOO Cute!!
