I am really interested in getting some of this for Romeo. We have been having trouble with him matting. I am looking into the formula with glucosamine due to his knees. I was wondering,,,how much are you supposed to give them a day? |
Directions: Daily amount: Dogs: Add the Missing Link to your dog's regular food according to its weight. Because of the high fiber content, start with small amounts and gradually increase to the recommended level over the course of a week or two. Dogs with a weak immune system may benefit even more if their intake is doubled for the first 90 days following the adjustment period. up to 20 pounds - 1 teaspoon 20 to 40 pounds - 2 teaspoons 40 to 80 pounds - 3 teaspoons 80 to 110 pounds - 4 teaspoons over 110 pounds - 6 teaspoons. Shana, I wouldn't throw it out. If you look at the ingredients they don't really require refrigeration. I am sure it is just to prolong the life of the product. Since I buy the big bag, I freeze half to keep it even fresher. |
