YorkieTalk Halloween 2006 Contest Announcement!
 

We're proud to announce our 2nd Annual YorkieTalk Halloween Contest! This contest is open to all Yorkies (and Yorkie mixes).

Halloween Contest rules:
1. You may enter ONE picture for the contest. Costume may be home-made or store-bought. Pictures may include any props, such as Jack O Lanterns or candy, but may not include any people. Only one Yorkie may be in each submitted picture.

Donating Members who have donated $20 or more to YorkieTalk can enter up to THREE pictures for the contest. The three pictures can be of different costumes.

This contest is limited to YorkieTalk members and their Yorkies only, you may not post an entry for someone else or another YT member. YorkieTalk Moderators and members giving away prizes are eligible to enter this contest. If you need help posting pictures, help will be provided by YT Staff.

2. There will be a thread created on October 16, 2006 at noon Pacific time to submit pictures. You MUST post your pictures in that thread (further details will be in that thread). You will have until the end of the day October 23, 2006 to post pictures.

3. Winners will be chosen by YorkieTalk staff as well as YorkieTalk members. Members will have a few days to vote for their favorites. You may vote for the winners based on any criteria you would like (such as creativity, cuteness, funniness, etc...).

4. Your entry may be disqualified if you do not follow the rules. All decisions are final.

5. The winners of the contest will be announced on Halloween, October 31, 2006.

Could two yorkies be in one picture?

When you say that donating members can enter up to 3 pictures, does that mean I can do 3 different costumes with chloe and enter each picture?

For judging purposes, we only allow one Yorkie in each picture. Feel free to post other Halloween pictures in other threads. Yes, Shanatink, you may enter Chloe with three different costumes for her three different photos.

I just thought......will the winners be announced on Oct. 30th or the 31st? I think the rules say the 30th? Just curious.......want to be sure I am by a computer on the day they winners are announced!!!! hee,hee
