I said I wasn't going to do it....didn't really intend to do it......knew all the reasons not to do it, can't believe that I did it!!!! :eek:


Could not resist her.....bought Max a playmate. 7 1/2 week old little female....named Maggie...She is tiny (1 1/2 lb) darling.....He wishes the earth would swallow her up......hopefully she will win his heart. I am banking on this......but so far he is not ready to share me....his house, his toys, his food, his air :) .....his beach ;) .....his everything :eek:

Awwwwww......Maggie.......I love the name......I'm so jealous! I'd love to have another one........

Give Max a week or two and I'll bet they'll be best friends. Usually when it's a boy/girl combo, they get along nicely. ;)

Yeah, I shouldn't have done it either but I couldn't help it!! Do I regret it? NOT in the slightest LOL! Max and Maggie - that's sweet!! How long have you had Maggie? We have had Gizzie Chavi for 2 wks now and she was the same weight as Maggie when we had her at about the same age. Gypsy Rose ignored her the first day and certainly didn't want her anywhere near but now?!---- different story and they just have so much fun (and so do we!). How old is Max? Sure Maggie will win his heart! Keep us posted! Ana xxx

:eek: STOP ... all you "two Yorkie" mommies!!! I can't handle two!! All these adorable new babies are really making me want one!! :) Wonder what Patrick's reaction would be if Toto and I arrived in Denver with a new little furbaby?? :eek: Now, THAT would be a "Kodak Moment"!! ;) I can't wait to see pics of Maggie!! We are getting so many new babies, fasteddie, we need a nursery section in our Photo Gallery!! :) I believe Toto would get along and share with a new baby but she is so spoiled I'm not sure she would share our laps!!

Nobody loves our little furbabies better than Don and Patrick, right? But if you figure out how to get another one in the family without causing a divorce, could you just pass that info along to me, Bettyeanne??? ;)

:rolleyes: I absolutely will! Patrick already tells everyone that he has been replaced by a Yorkie! Gets no neck rubs, no back scratches ... Toto gets it all ... poor whiny baby that he is!! :)

Wellllll.....Don and Patrick are cute......but not THAT cute! Of course the furbabies get all the extra lovin'.......'cept when we want to buy somethin' for our little Yorkies, and THEN Don and Patrick get a lil' extra, right? Our mamas taught us........ ;)

Yes, bettyeanne, I have to stop looking at puppy pictures! Makes me want another one or more, and we can barely keep up with one!

Oh how wonderful!! Two of them, WOW :eek: !! I would love to keep going with the Yorkie love and fill my house with them. However my husband would never allow it.

They are so hard to resist though!!!

OMG....Max is laid back, submissive....compliant....mostly obedient, easy going.....and then comes Maggie....busy, busy, inquisitive,.... hops on, follows and "worts" poor Max to death. :eek: .....he views her with high disdain :( .......won't make eye contact with me. :( ....We have only had her for 48 hours though...so surely it will be better soon. She is quite a handful......but so so beautiful.....However I should have given her the submission test for puppies....I forgot to do that and have bought myself an alpha dog........ :rolleyes:

Sorry...I am not digital camera literate.....wish I were...will work on it and try to get you some pics of the M & M's one day.

Maggie is my 45th anniversary gift from my handsome husband....He even stayed up last night with her so I could sleep......So glad I did not marry the first man with whom I was engaged ....so many years ago....he hated dogs :eek:

I took Maggie to the vet and to Wal-Mart yesterday...(inside a bag)....I was stopped by 10 people when I was headed back to the car.......they wanted to hold her....uh..huh :eek: ....but I did enjoy sharing her....

I am trying to give Mr Max more attention....my plan is for them to be buddies for years.....I'll keep you posted.

Well, that's just the overprotective parent I am, I hardly let anyone hold Yoda. Just not worth it if your baby squirms out or something happens!

Lucky you, I wish I could get another yorkie but I think my hubby would just hang me no questions asked lol. I have 2 chihuahuas and Adina all inside but I think there's room for 2 more dogs but men think differently I guess. :rolleyes: If I could find a good breeder and good price I would go for it, you guys know the problems I had with Adinas breeder. I would love to have gotten her from a breeder that checks up on their pups. :o

Congratulation on Maggie that is a cute name. I wish I could get another but I don't think charlie would take kindley to that also I can not afford one. I can't wait to see pictures of her. :)

Glad to hear Maggie is making her self at home :) Maddie is layed back too but, Rudy is a hand full :p I am hoping after his hormons get straight he will slow down a little. He does brighten my day with all that he does. How we change the way we live for our yorkies. Max will come around, Maggie will win him over. I tried when I got Rudy to let them work it out. Maddie would look at me sometimes like what have you done. When she had enough of Rudy she would let him know and Rudy would back up. She wouldn't bit him or be mean, but in her own way she would let him know and she could alway jump on the something...............Cindy

Love the name that is my name. (maggie) We have 2 yorkies Missy and Bobo. Missy is 5 lbs and Bobo is 3.5lbs. I would have a house full almost do but not all yorkies. Am going to get two more yorkie females. We also have a kennel and our place is called M & M Puppy Ranch. :D . Before you know it Max and Maggie will be best friends.

Hi Maggie....cute name :D ...My husband thinks we have a M & M dog kennel as well :D ....I am enjoying this new baby....but haven't had enough sleep.....don't knew when she will sleep all night :eek:

Congratulations on your newest edition (I know I am a little late). I am sure that Max is going to love Maggie very soon, and then they will get along great. My shipoo Misha wasn't too sure about Gabby my yorkie at first, but after a week they were getting along great! They play and sleep right next to each other it is so cute, and now Misha even misses Gabby when she is gone. Thank goodness my two are sleepers, because I am, if they weren't I don't know what I would do. The cat can be a pain at night though. Well I hope that everything is ok with your two little ones, keep us updated.

Congrats on the new baby! I don't think you have much to worry about. My Jazzy wasn't happy when Mia first came home but now you can't take one without the other. They sleep together and everything. Just give it time. My Mia's breeder said she was breeding again soon and I don't think wild horses could stop me from getting another one. I don't know what it is about this breed but just one or two for that matter just never seems like enough. They are the best !!!! Post pics soon!
