This website has helped me answer so many questions, but i'm still not quite sure if i have everything for when the puppy gets here, so if anyone has any advice i would really appreciate it ;) |
Hi and welcome to YT its nice to have u here... congrats on ur new baby, i know how excited u are, when will u be getting ur baby ? i think most important things for the little one to start with are, a blanket to bring him/her home in, toys, chew toys, comforter, bed, food, food dishes, i use glass coz its hygienic, i see u live in France so i dont know if u can get nutrical, i live in Holland and we cant get it here so if needed i use sugar water.... and needless to say LOTS of love :D Dont forget to take a camera with u to take pics, so u can post them and show us ;) |
thank you so much for the advice.¨ im moving back home on june 27th so i'll be getting her sometime at the begginning of july.... :) |
That gives u time to learn as much as u can till ur baby arrives, this is a great forum with so many nice and helpful people... i learn something everyday :) |
Hi and welcome to Yorkie Talk! :) How exciting for you, waiting on a new Yorkie baby! |
Hi and welcome to yorkie talk! Congrats on the new baby in July! |
Welcome to YorkieTalk! We had to wait for several months before we brought our Toto home so I certainly understand your excitement!! I thought the day would never come and when it finally did, it took us less than 5 minutes to fall totally in love with her!! She will be two years in July and is so spoiled it's ridiculous!! :) Although my husband and I made a total committment in this decision and studied everything we could find, we are still learning new things all the time!! It was one of the best decisions we ever made! She is our joy!! ;) |
Hello, and Welcome from another "newbie". These guys on YT are so helpful, in the 13 days I have been a member I have learned loads. I am also a "transplant" I am English and now live in Missouri. I can't add to anything else that you would need, except maybe patience, they are so adorable but have minds of their own, so patience is definitely a virtue especially in potty training. My Jack is 6 months old now, and has pretty well mastered the art of the potty. He still likes to bite my hands gently, but I yell "Ow" and he starts licking, so I guess we have that one mastered too. Can't wait to see your pup. Good luck and get prepared for a lot of loving. |
Thanks everyone, you've been very helpful :) |
Oh boy, France! I love this foum! Welcome to YT!! Are you getting a girl or a boy? Have you picked it out yet or are you still looking for a breeder? |
