This has nothing to do with genral discussion of yorkies but
Please be AWARE that people selling oykires on websites or other dogs are not breeders and they are selling SICK puppies
So please if you buy a dog on the internet please be aware that you must be very careful!!!!!!! :mad: :thumbdown
Popel just take care of pups and sell them on the internet sick

Not every internet seller is bad. I had a wonderful expeirience AND would buy again from her. My boy is exactly what was promised. I think doing your homework before the purchase is the key to a happy buyer and seller. I think that is important in any transaction. When I start my program I will sell online. Not all are bad--and it IS your job to weed out the bad and find the good.

No I did not buy a new dog but yorkiegirl2 has just bought her yokie on the internet and she said it was not healthy and had problems and the breeder said it was healthy!

Yah not all internet buyers are bad but before your purchase just telling you beware check before you but it

I agree. I found Tucker's breeder online and it was a wonderful experience. He is perfect. However, I did do lots & lots of research before I decided on this breeder and I did see lots of sellers online that I definitely would not trust. It's the buyer's responsibilty to find a trustworthy breeder & to know what to look for. From what I've read & heard there are just as many people selling sick puppies offline as there are online. You have to be careful either way...

I heard horror stories about people who have brought from Divapup.com.. she bought one dog and it died 2 weeks later and then she got a new dog to replace that one and it also died with in a couple of weeks.. She then went to a breeder and got a perfectly healthy yorkie who is now about 8 months old.. I also saw someone else who got their yorkie from diva and the dog looked HORRIBLE (sorry for the caps) She is the same age as Mocha but looks like she is an old lady.. The fur is matted and its eyes look sickly.. I don't feel that all internet sellers have bad dogs but like everyone has said before, please do your homework and make sure you check creditentals
