Winter Clothes????????????? Hey Yter's! I am moving to NewYork City at the beginning of September. My hubby is being transfered from Miami where we live now to New York. Yes, it is a very big change for me, not him since he was born and lived there most of his life. My question to all of you is.................Do any of you know where to buy winter clothes for both my dogs? I have Daisy my beautiful Yorkie and Rambo my mini Pin. I know it will be very cold for the both of them including me so I need to stock up on Winter clothes for the two. Does anyone know where I can get them some at a reasonable price?????????????Please, help!!!I don't want them to freeze to death...U know what I mean...................Thanks in advance............ |

meausre them fron shoulders to the beginning of their tails that's the length sizes and i think behind the front legs for chest size. |
I live in South Jersey and while not as far north as New York, we don't have a problem. If it's that cold we just don't go outside but Debbie seems to like it when it's brisk outside. She doesn't like wearing clothes and doesn't even have a sweater. There are plenty of great places to get sweaters and coats and ebay is always a good place to check. Just remember on a yorkie, sweaters and other clothes can cause the hair to mat, so I wouldn't leave a yorkie dressed for very long. Good luck with your move and have fun exploring all the new places you'll get to go to. |
YT Thread Go to YT - Yorkie Products and Review. The first thread posted is a list of doggy clothes sites. THIS IS GREAT!!! I'm constantly window shopping for my little boy!! JaTa (Jasper Tate's Mom to be) |

OMG I really understand you! I freeze no matter what in NY, plus add that nasty slush that gets everywhere no matter how thick boots you have... I'm seriously considering Uggs this year, I've had it with that cold. I wish they made small ones for puppies, they could call them Puggs... :D .. I've started stocking up on warmer clothes for Pepper, he loves walks and even though he doesn't get the idea of potty outside, he'd surely miss them... |
They have all listed some great places. I also have my own Brand of Designer Dog Clothing. So far this is only one hoodie. But I've been busy designing a lot of winter clothes. Also our Tees are long sleeved. We also give a 10% discount to all YT members. Just use the code yorkietalk at checkout. |

I think I have actually seen uggs for dogs. I'm not sure where it was at, but I remember thinking oh my gosh how cute! |
