A lastthought, for what she wanted you could pickl from any Yorkie in the United States, pay airfare or drive to pick up and still spend less, So breeders in your area should not be a deciding factor pricewise:eek: Go for private breeder, don't help the puppy mills (like I did) even if they disguise themselves like mine did:rolleyes: I love my 2nd one BUT I think she was raised in a puppy mill, she is coming around but giving AND receiving love took so much time (this is my one with the tail) Still till today she acts afraid to be loved, it truly is sad:(

PS and she is just as cute and beautiful as my Chloe is but at a price and not financial

Hi! It sounds like your in the San Antonio area. I live in San Antonio and know some show breeders that may have what you are looking for. I think you are paying way to much money just for the smaller size. You can try puresilk kennel here in S.A. they have very good champion lines.

LOL. My 4.5 lb doesn't either and I def. don't consider her teacup either but I just love her that way. She's a giant relative to some of the other yorkies at our local meet up.

I've always considered that a fairly small Yorkie. How small are these other Yorkies at your meetups?

I wasn't going to say anything because I think all yorkies are cute. But I'm sorry, those babies have longer looking snouts and though are very cute, definetely not worth $4k or more. I definetely DON'T think they are the cutest or best looking yorkies on the internet. The best ones I've seen have come from:

I live in south AL, and had to drive only 1 hour to get Venus. She cost $1,000 and is akc registered. I got her in late August. But many things are cheaper down here.

I'd seen many on the internet, but wasn't about to spend that much on a dog I'd never seen, much less the extra to fly her here..

The yorkies on the sites you listed are awesome, and definitely cuter than the ones on the site in question. I think everyone here would vouch for the integrity of these breeders as well.

That first site just makes my spidey senses tingle. Something about it. Even aside from the crazy prices.

To be honest, in just looking at the pups, and I am by no means an expert, but they don't look right. Something about the pups does not look right, and normally I wouldn't care because puppies are just cute. But if you are going to pay $4k for a dog, you better make sure there's nothing wrong with the way it looks.

Thanks again to all who tried to help me. I am checking out the sites VAINCHIK 5 gave me, also, where did the BAMA girl get hers? if u don't mind telling me, and I am going tocheck out puresilk kennel in SA. I know in my heart it is too much money but I am frustrated.
