Is Lysol good to use????
 

Hello Everyone,
This is crazy :rollingey , but I just got worried because I cleaned the floor with Lysol and let it dry. I then opened the crate door, he then went bonkers with the nylabone running and barking and even growling a little. This just freaked me out. Is it the terrier in him?

Maybe he freaked out because the floor didn't smell like him anymore. This could be completely wrong, I'm only guessing. They're such funny little dogs!

Hey you never know, dogs are amazing sometimes. He calmed down a little while ago and now is playing with his squeaky bear.

I'm really not sure about the safety of cleaning products. I believe that most of them are highly toxic in the liquid form. I only use non-toxic products for all my cleaning both for the safety of my animals and for the protection of the environment.

I would appreicate if you can tell me what product do you use? I am looking for something to use that will be safe for him

Does anyone use TKO? It is an orange oil product, works like nothing else and is totally non toxic.

I think it is amazing and I use it for everything!

Can this be bought at a pet store?? Like Pet Smart/Petco?

I use all the cleaning products by Melaleuca. You can check them out at www.melaleuca.com Melaleuca is the name of the tree that tea tree oil comes from. Tea tree oil is the main ingredient. I really like the products because they really work and are actually less expensive than what you buy in the grocery store. Super concentrated, you use much less. I especially like the laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent. Never any residue left over, no funky smell and no taste left on dishes!!!

Lysol is not really safe to use around when you have lil furbabies ....I use Clorox anywhere its safe to use around skin kids and furbabies I use it around and you can even spray it close to the fruits and it's still safe;) I saw it on t.v. well:rolleyes: let's just say I've been using it for 4 or 5 mos now :p ...

The most non-toxic thing to use is Vinager and Lemon to clean floors, leaves them super clean and shiny. Yes, Lysol is toxic to dogs.

Is this good for wood floors too? This is not Lysol the air spray, this is the liquid. I am not sure if I was clear, I know hubby always thinks I am talking about the spray and that is defintely away from Tyler.
