New Yorkie owner Hi all the yorkie owners, we have had our 3 month old puppy for not too long and he has brought us a lot of fun. But we are new dog owner so need some advices/tips to help us keep the puppy healthy. we like to walk him a lot in the parks or trails, for a three month old puppy, how much exercise is enough? He does seem to know how to stop for a break :) He likes to chew or sniff the grass, is this good for him? thank for everyone that will reply to this message! |

:welcome4: to YT:exclaim: I've heard since they are little they get enough exercise just running around the house but I do take mine out for walks at the park every other day. I don't know if chewing grass is good...mine do it too. I know this is not much help but I'm sure there is someone out there that can give you answers. Good luck with your new baby and please don't forget the :camera: |

yes, he is for sure. thank you for all the replies we feel more like part of the community now:) our puppy is very active, we like to walk him in the park every other day and he just runs like crazy. we had leash on him but he does not like it at all, try to scratch it all the time. Do you suggest to slow him down when he runs? he is a bit too fast for us to catch up :) we are not sure what is better for him? we will try to post more pictures soon |
