Potty Pads :wavey: Hi All, Stopped at K-Mart before I went to my Favorite Pet Store, Pet Depot. Anyways I found such a good deal I had to share this with all of you out there. K-Mart sells Potty Pads, which they call "Out! Deluxe Training Pads." For a count of 50, I got them for $11.99. Last week my husband came home with a count of 7 for $6.99. I know that is high, but I have purchased them at other stores for a count of 50 for $18.99. Had to share this savings.:woof: |
I get my girls potty pads at the medical supply store. They are actually for people, but they work. I get 150 for 30 bucks. |

Oh well, thought I would share. |
I use the cloth hospital pads...they didn't cost me anything lol My Mom had to have surgery a couple of years ago and they used these on her bed...a fresh one everyday (of course) and when Dad and I went to pick her up there was a new one on her bed....I thought...HMMM..Stick that in your suitcase Mom....you paid for it! just then the nurse walked in...I told her what I was going to use it for and she left the room and came back with another one!! I use them all the time...just throw them in the wash and you are back in business...or should I say...the furkids are back in business.. |

Infact I am going to check the Medical Stores around here, it is closer than K-mart. I will be buying alot, since I decided to keep one of my pups. I appreciate you sharing your find. I am sure alot out there also appreciates it. Thought mine was good, but if one can't get to a Medical Store, K-Mart will do. |
K Mart Out! brand: $11.99 / 50 = 0.239 Wal Mrat Out! Brand: $6.98 / 32 = 0.218 Medical Supply Store: $30.00 / 150 = 0.2 Looks like the Medical Supply Store WINS!!!! |
potty pads. I buy kendall brand "durasorb" underpads (blue chux). I'm the practice manager of internal medicine office. So I just order when I order our medical supplies. I pay 52.00 for 300 count. The less absorbant are not worth the money. Make sure its "durasorb" They will never leak through!:p |
I buy mine from walmart for about 12 bucks for 50. I think they are the out brand to. For the ones ferom the medical supplies is the 30 including tax? My daughter works for a dr. and she got me a few from the office. I really liked the quality. they were thicker and never leaked. |
I thought also about going to the medical supply store to get them! |
Hmmm.. aren't the puppy pads supposed to have special pheramones (sp??) or something that attract the dogs to them? How old were your dogs when they started using the pads from the medical supply store? |
I get mine from ebay...300 pads for $36.00 that is with shipping included. Best deal I've found so far. |
When I started Otis on potty pads he was around 4 months old. I bought the spray and sprayed the pads until he got the hang of it. My Oliver,(shih-poo) started right when I brought him home. They have a designated room with potty pads and I make hiking posts out of empty 2 liter bottles filled with water. I wrap another potty pad around the bottle and secure with rubber band. They do sometimes mistake rugs in other rooms for pads. I have learned to not put rugs down in the rest of my house. |
