Remi at night

Remi sleeps with us in bed most of the time. Since my girlfriend has been away fro a month or so, I share the whole bed with Remi.
At first he was cool, he would stay at the edge of the bed as always, by my feet, but last week I have been noticing something new.
This is funny, I have two big pillows, and I switch sides a few times during the night, and every time I switched pillows I noticed Remi sleeping on the resting pillow. So now I wake up cause I feel a cool pillow and a warm Remi, he wakes up and walks away most of the time, but he walks away to another side (pillow), so I spend most of the night playing hide and seek with him.
But in the morning, 5am, I can feel him lean against me, he rests his head on my hand or a leg, this is so cool. I love him so much.
And when I wake up, there are the usual kisses and cuddling.

Thought I would share this with you guys.:aimeeyork

That's cute. Funny thing about yorkies is that when they go to sleep they remind me of little jumping beans! They aren't still long. At least, I haven't seen one that is! They certainly do like to cuddle, though, don't they?:D

That's awesome! I hope my little guy likes to sleep with my hubby and I and that my hubby's snoring doesn't keep him awake.:D

Thanks guys for sweet words.

We love each other, I wish he could talk hehehe.

But its cute, sometimes when in bed, I find a spot on the bed thats warm, and I know Remi was there not too long ago.
I love sleep, but this is a bonus.

Now when your girlfriend comes back, she'll have to argue with Remi about getting her spot back lol.

I just love sleeping and waking with my Yorkies too - don't understand why people kennel at night, it seems like they're missing so much!

Yes I am, when I leave him alone at home, I try to rush home to be with him, walk him, play, I feel like " ahhh I must get home, I have a small baby at home". My mother makes fun of me, tells me that I will be a crazy father when I have kids.:aimeeyork

awewwww...that is so sweeet. I wish my bf was more like that. He loves zoe to death but will not rush home for him cuz he knows that I'm already there.

That is such a cute story! yay DADDY!!

If I know that Remi is not alone, I will be ok.ut if he is all alone, for lets say more than 4 hours (me at work for 10 hours) I rush home. Overtime at work means nothing to me if Remi is all alone. How??? He is a little baby!! I cannt let the kid down.

That's why I feel soooooooo fortunate that I work evenings. That way, I can be home with mine during the day and my hubby will be with him during the evening. The same as it was with our kids.:) And you're right, he IS a little baby.:)

Well I work more then My girlfriend most of the time. But this summer I am mostly off work( thank god) and I get to spend more time with Remi.

But still, he is like a small baby, cannt leave him alone for too long, just because its a small baby that is waiting for me to come home.
