Mommy's home!" as I pulled into the driveway, he would race through the house, jump on the sofa in my den, and look out the window that overlooks the driveway and is next to the entry door. He'd be all jumping and waggin' his lil' tail...
Recently, Google was trying to beg a treat from my youngest daughter, who didn't especially feel like sharing at the moment. So, while I was in the room with them, she exclaimed: Google! Mommy's home!" Off he raced to the den, on the sofa, jumping and waggin' his tail, looking out at my car. He stayed there a moment, realized no one was out there, then resumed begging for a treat.
So I said to him: "Google! Mommie's home!" and off he raced to the den, to jump on the sofa...you get the idea.
So, to Google "Mommy's home!" doesn't mean that I, personally, am home; it means that someone has arrived at the door.
Oh well. LOL LOL :p |
