New Puppy Toby Hi everyone. I just got my new puppy Toby on 4/15. He is just a little sweet heart. I posted some pics of him in the photo gallery section. http://www.yorkietalk.com/gallery/sh...00/ppuser/1671 |
He's adorable! Oh My Goodness! He's adorable. I love new puppy pics! Did you pick him up at the airport? It looks an airport in the background? How is adjusting? Tell us all about him! |
Hi and welcome. Toby is such a little cutie! My bf and I used to steal her brothers quad and go riding. It made him furious. LOL It was so much fun. :D |
Congrats and Welcome to YT. Toby is adorable. Thank you so much for sharing the pics. :) |
little toby Yes the first couple pictures were at the airport. He was so tiny. Toby is doing good now. Yesterday we had a little scare. His blood sugar level dropped a lot. I ended up taking him to the Emergency Vet. They gave him some Nutri cal and he perked back up. They wanted him to stay the night to make sure he was ok. he is a little guy. right now he weighs about 1 lb 4 oz at 10 1/2 weeks old. When i finally got to bring him home he was his usual self wanting to play and lick my face. He has two shaved legs now so he is looking a little funny. |
Im gald that Toby is fine now after that scared. Always keep nutrical at hand. Good luck. :aimeeyork |
Your baby is sooooo cute!!! Congratulations!!!!!!!!1 |
Just look at that little face!! He is precious! :) |
He is just precious!! Poor little one, I'm glad he's feeling better! |
lol....... i love the name.. good choice (hehe, my baby's name is toby too :p ) |
Is he eating well? The drop in blood sugar is usually when they miss a meal. You can keep some puppy milk from the pet store on hand. (It's the milk they give puppies whose mothers cannot nurse them. Also pedialyte is beter than water. They will always eat that and you can boil some chicken to make sure he is getting enough. At his age, the most important thing is to make sure he eats well. The nutrical two to three times a day is essential. Hane fun with him! |
