ALL RIGHT !!!!!!! Amazing and it's SO GREAT to hear a happy ending to what could have been a devestating tragedy....WAY TO GO to all who helped find this little guy - I'm really touched too....gave me chills |
I am crying tears of joy. I went to bed last night not knowing what the outcome would be. How wonderful to log on and find the great news!! Becca, my deepest condolences to you and Doug and Doug's family. What a horrible ordeal to go through. I know that nothing can bring Doug's dad back, but the with surgeon admitting he made a mistake, I hope his mom will file a malpractice lawsuit. With her being so young still, she will need that money for the rest of her life. And I am not a lawsuit kind of person, but there are just some times where it is warranted and I think this is one of them. I am so happy that you have both your babies safely in your arms. May they continue to give you love, peace and comfort! |
Rebecca, You and Doug have been through so much that I'm sure you are both mentally and physically exhausted. I'm so sorry about Doug's dad's death. I hope you all (Baby and Aggie included) can get some rest and be at peace for awhile. I'm still so very happy that Aggie is back in your arms again. I can only imagine the fear you were experiencing. God Bless both you, Doug, Baby and Aggie! I'm so happy Aggie's adventure had a happy ending!:p |
I am so glad you found him! |
I am so happy you have your little Aggie back! I went to bed last night thinking about him and said another prayer. All I could think of was how scared he was and how physically and emotionally drained you must be. I'm so sorry about the death of your loved one. I'm so relieved to know you have your baby back and bless your hearts and his too!!! |

Becca and Doug... I just got home from a trip last night and checked in on Yorkie talk and found your saga.... I had to read all the way through, and thank goodness, you had found your baby before I even got to the end of the posts. I'm so thankful you didn't have to endure the loss of him on top of everything else you have been through. Please let your mother in law know that many of us will be praying for her to get through this impossibly difficult time. There are no words to help when you lose your loved one, especially so unexpectedly! I'm sending lots of mental hugs your family's way! Sincerely...Deb |

Barb, the same thing happened to me. I hadn't sent one yet when I posted that. Try the guestbook. I think I'll do that. |
Okay I am in tears over this story - Thank God the Lord found him back to you guys - I do not know what I would do if I lost my baby. I am so happy he is home where he belongs. :) |
What a story. I'm so happy all is well. See that is why stores should allow us to take our furbabies inside. When you are traveling with them and have to stop at a store. you have two options, Leave them in a hot car, unthinkable, or leave the car running, which is like leaving a two year old in a running vehicle. I'm so glad he has been found. |

I tried to send an email to the newspaper off the above link. The email didn't work so I sent it to the publisher instead. Publisher@malvern-online.com  |
Rebecca, Doug and Kimberly.....what a story!! I just saw this post and have spent a while catching up. Rebecca, I am so happy the story turned out well, and you found Aggie safe and sound. What a wonderful town to come to your aid! It gives you more faith in people when something like this happens. And on top of the terrible experience you had with the doctor and the hospital, it must have been a welcomed experience, even though it started off badly. Of course it doesn't make up for all the bad things, but at least you have your Aggie back! Kimberely, I'll bet you are as happy as they are to know he is found!! |
just saw this thread.. We are so happy that everything is fine and your baby is back with you |
WOW!!! I have chills! What a great town. I am so sorry for all the loss your family has had to overcome. Always remember the power of prayer!!:) :) |

Thank God! There are wonderful people in this world. Glad you found them to help you. |
After reading your post Becca, I am sitting at work blubbering and getting strange looks. Who cares, they are tears of joy that Aggie is safe with his mom and dad. I am so sorry that you went through the heartache of losing Doug's dad and then if that were not enough, the thought of not finding Aggie. People are just amazing and supportive and I am glad you had the support from the residents of Malvern. Look forward to seeing you on your next visit to Portland. |
