| Thanks for the info! After hearing from you and others in Alabama I have decided to change vets. I am going to just try some others that I have heard are cheaper and if I don't find another one that I am comfortable with, then I will go back to the expensive vet. It does turn me off that they charge $40.00 just for walking in the door, whether something is wrong with them or not. :mad: I think it is just bad business bc whenever I think something "might" be wrong with my pups, I try to think if it is really serious enough $40+ to get my vet to just LOOK at them. I was an economics major in college, so I know that people can charge whatever prices they want to for their services and I am not criticizing them for that, but as a consumer, I have to right to choose whether or not I want to pay those prices. And I have decided that I am NOT going to. :p
