Hurray!!! Sounds like one smart and independent little girl. She probably knew exactly what she was doing the whole time she was gone, but it sure did worry everyone sick, huh?

I'm so relieved for you, I'd been thinking about you all day. I have hawks in my back yard area too, and to hear you suspected hawks I was PETRIFIED for you! To know Chloe is home safe is such a relief!

Jeeeez I haven't been able to come on much at all the last week or so. It's been too crazy around here. I had a chance to pop in today and the first thread I read was from simonandhallie,,, All it said was that something happened to Chloe, and my heart just dropped. It didn't say what had happened and I was heading out and didn't get to search. It has been on my mind ever since I read it. I am very happy to hear that she is at home and safe and sound! Sending hugs your way! I'm sure you were a wreck with worry while she was missing.

Thank THE LORD she is ok and is home safe and sound with her loving family :D I was sooooo worried!!! I told hubby about it this afternoon and even HE was freaking out!! We both felt so, so bad for you...and kept you and little Chloe in our thoughts all day long! I am sooo happy to hear that everything is ok. God really does work miracles!!! :)

So happy your furbaby came home. I understand how you were feeling while she was missing. My African Grey flew away last week in VA. He spent the night out in a terrible storm but thankfully we got him back. God watches over these little ones and hears our prayers.

What a relief. I couldn't stop thinking about you both last night and again this morning until I could log in to my computer for an update. I was really worried and feared the worst - because just this Sunday afternoon in broad daylight - I was sitting in my back yard with my two little Yorkies, Bomber and Roxie (Roxie only 2.5 lbs) and my Westie and my kitty - when a huge coyote just walks right past us with a rabbit in his mouth. I almost had a heart attack and quickly scooped up all my babies (with my DH's help) and got them inside the house. Thank God the coyote didn't seem interested in my guys because he if had been, there would have been nothing we could have done, I'm sure.

Please give Chloe lots of hugs and kisses for us, and another big hug comes your way for all you went through yesterday.

Wow, excellent news!! I am so happy. I wasn't able to be by my computer last night, but a YT member had text messaged me last night to let me know that Chloe had been found. I was thinking about her all night.

Oh my gosh! I just now saw that Chloe had been missing! I'm so happy to know she's back with you! I can only imagine the worry and sadness you felt while she was gone! I thank the good Lord that she is safe! I'm sorry I wasn't here to lend support when you needed it! Big hugs to you!

Allways been my worst nightmare, mine are never of the retractable leash as i live in Country where Rabbits and Deer run around, and yes Coyote once in a while, just scares the daylight out of me and extremly careful when we open the door, Rosi use to bold out the door when she got the chance, so stay was the first thing we tought her, but ya never know, these little buggers are soo fast. I am just happy for you that it all had a happy ending, i would of freaked.....

I'm so happy for you. You can imagine how I was waiting this moment: know that you found her safe. I take this so deeply in my heart because I can even think if that happens to me. Thanks God for the happy ending. Please dont let you furbaby alone in this field where there are so many dangers.

I grew up not knowing Birds of Prey were such dangers to small dogs. I've read that even if the hawks don't fly off with a small animal... the tendons can kill them - What's even worse was thinking of coyotes too - you live in an area that is known for them. :(
