Does your Does your yorkie have a toy that they like to sleep with Chachi has started going downstairs before bed time and getting his humpty bear and bringing it upstairs and putting it on the bed. He then takes it back downstairs in the morning. Do any of your dogs do this? |
My little Izzie doesn't go anywhere without this little yellow stuffed bone. She sleeps with it, carries it from room to room and carries it back to bed with her. It's so cute. It's her security toy. :) |
That is so cute. That will be a lifetime favorite, too. Muffin had a stuffed doggie that I gave to her on her first day with us and it lasted through many washings through the years and she loved it to pieces and wagged it all over the house. She'd even take it up on the back of the couch when she wanted to look out the windows sometimes. It had shrunk and was getting quite threadbare in the last years. She took it with her to Rainbow Bridge. Kacee hasn't adopted any so far that way. She just loves her balls! :D |
Buddy has a favorite rubber clown, however, he leaves it on the floor and comes to bed alone! He has never brought any toy up on the bed except during the day.:confused: |
2 Attachment(s) Misha's favorite toy, we call flower. When she carries it around she looks like one. Piper's favorite toy is jabber dog. I bought it in the baby section of the grocery store. When ever she touches it, it says something different. Yahoo ruff ruff ruff, Aught oh, whoa, hahahah Weeeee, She'll shake it, & run with it through out the house, it's so cute. Although at bed time they both want a bone to chew. |
Yes, Zeus has a favorite stuffed doggie. It was his very first toy and he takes it everywhere. He will go all over the house looking for it, even when has so many other toys to play with. We have had to replace it many times. :p Too cute! |
My parents' dog had a toy that she loved. She didn't take it to bed with her, but it was her favorite. She always tore up the squeakers in all her toys, but this one lasted. It went through many washings & looked really bad at the end, but she still loved it. It's now buried with her so she'll have it forever. |

Zoey loves her teddy bear squeaky toy. She sleeps with it every night. :) |

the only toys my gang sleeps with is us, they cuddle and squeeze in as tight as they can between my hubby and my self, so i guess you can say we are their toys, the lick my hubby's bald head i mean really lick it, and they have to pounce on our feet to suck on our toes!..............but nothing less we love all five dearly!:D |
Lexie has to get her bully stick and put in the bed with her, its a game of tag team the bully stick between her and peanut...she will get down off the bed for something and Peanut will get it, then she will sneak it away, this goes on all night, now I know what they do when I am gone to work....Sleep...:p |
Lola slepps on top of my Teddy Bear Cinnamon. I got the teddy as a gift when I was like seven. I have alway used it as a pillow and now Lola does too. She has scratched my teddy so much that a lot of fur has come off of him. There are pics of Lola on Cinnamon bear on the Calendar submission.:) |

Bentley has a yellow duck that honks and also a stuffed yorkie dog that he's had since he's been a little puppy, we call it his baby. He can't sleep without either of them. The funny thing is my chihuahua has three little furry leapord bones that she keeps in her bed and guards them with her life. They are the same color as she is and ever since she went into heat the first time she treats them as if they are her puppies. She licks them, and nuzzles them and if Bentley gets anywhere near them she'll growl. It's hysterical to watch her move them from room to room one at a time. |
Princess has her sheep that used to be her birth moms! She broke the squeaker thing inside though, but she always sleeps with it and I haven't washed it yet since I got her! Maybe I should now :rolleyes: |
Yep! 2 Attachment(s) Yes mam! ;) Steddy WILL NOT sleep without his Quackers! It's a little yellow ducky (Steddy sized! lol) with a big orange beak that squeaks. It was his VERY FIRST toy and he sticks to that thing like GLUE. Out of almost 20 toys, he still picks this one 90% of the time, if not more! I had to literally stock up on these darn ducks so that when he chews the life out of the first one (which will be any day now, lol)...he will have more :D He loves it because it is "his size" and it's so little that he can carry the whole thing around in his mouth. And yes I know he has a girly bed...but we didn't want to get something that clashed with the living room, lol :p This matches, so it works for us and Sted doesn't know the difference, it is comfy to him, and thats all that matters ;) |
