My Husky's name was BLACKJACK (named him after the game b/c I bought the Husky from a man I met in Las Vegas) My sweet little Yorkie's name is MONDAY (because we got her on a Monday and she was born on a Monday) .... If we get another one she shall be named Friday, Then people will ask what happened to Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.....? |
My little boys name is DooDah. I plan on getting another little boy in the next couple of months and I will name him Snicker. |
My first Yorkie was my precious Chester. He was so small and so sick when I found him that I knew he needed a big, strong name. Then I had Rosebud. I named her that because of her lips; they looked just like a little Rosebud. Now, I have Chloe (who had that name when I got her) and my new Darla. My sister took the two boys from my litter and named then Spanky and Porky, so I had no choice but to go with Darla! |

Well I named my Yorkie Reece, but my husband kept calling him Tugboat because he was alway dragging my husbands tennis shoes around by their shoe laces. Well now he won't answer to Reece and will only answer to Tugboat. Blasted Husband!:mad: I love my little Tugboat though. He is SOOOOO cute. |

We Waited 'Til She Sort Of Named Herself Our Yorkie's name is Muffin Mabel. We had her for a week or more & could not come up with a great name. I kept telling her "You're as cute as a muffin" or "You're just a little muffin". Eventually it dawned on me...Duh! Her name is Muffin! My husband & I were big fans of the TV show "Mad About You" & when we brought Muffin home was when they had their baby on the show. They, too, had difficulty naming their girl. That was until Carol Burnett's character gave them the acronym M-A-B-E-L...Mothers Always Bring Extra Love. That's how Muffin got the middle name. |
