when will her ears go up? My little baby boots is 14 weeks old, she,s sooooooo adorable. Can anybody tell me when her ears will start to stand up?..:littleang :aimeeyork |
tape them and feed them some cottage cheese is basically what i have seen people post. take some masking tape and fold the ear in half then tape it together. i am doing that to my lillt boy it seems to be working but change it often and dont cover the ear canal also you can shave them to help keep them from being weighed down by the hair |
Thanks for that i'll give it a go. |
I was told not to do anything by my breeder...she told me that Tiny's ears would stand up on their own..And they did at about 4-5 months...maybe a lil younger..1 poped up and the other stayed down...Hehehe...It was so cute but then the other one finally got up there...Just let them come up on thier own... |
Shaving off the hair on the top third of the ear to take off some weight and massaging usually is all that is needed. According to my vet, calcium supplements and taping doesn't work. They should stand up by the time he is six months old, if they are going to. I've noticed that if the dog is going to mature larger than the standard (4 to 7 pounds), then there is more of a chance his ears won't stand. |
