Does this sound right to you when I took Bo to the vet to get his weight he was 4lbs even and he is 20 weeks 5 months and the weight chart says he will be 5.5lbs at 18 months...is that about right |
There probably isn't one out of a dozen yorkies that the weight chart applies to. If only...:D |
that is true lol...but i dont think he will get to big because his little paws are not as big as my thumb...he was the runt to...i am praying he gets to atleaste 5lbs but if not i love him anyway |
Both my yorkies ended up the weights it said on the chart, so it was correct for us anyways. |
aT 12 weeks Cali was 1.3 lbs and she is now 4.5. The chart showed she would be 3 lbs, but luckily she caught up. She was the runt also. |
4 lbs at 5 months...you must remember that these charts are used as a tool and in no way guarantee the weight. I'd say that your little man will be between 5 1/4 to 5 1/2 lbs at 18 months. With that said, you must also take into consideration...are you getting him neutered, what kind of food will he be on? These must all be taken into consideration. |
