Hey everyone,
I just wanted some input on this new dress design I am working with :D . What do you think? I figure fo rher size it isnt to bad, but needs to be a bit shorter. Any thoughts????

That is adorable! I agree that the skirt should be a bit shorter to avoid any potty accidents (Tia is very messy with that!) but the fabric and style are adorable!

I too wish I could sew! :)

Aww she looks so cute in it! Great fabric too! But I think you are right it looks a tiny bit too long. It still looks gorgeous though! Wish I could get Lucy to wear something like that!!

Thanks everyone. I will be adjusting the next one's skirt lenght. I have about 4 of these already cut and ready to sew after the adjustment. Oh I am excited! she is just to funny in clothes!

Thanks again, I have 4 more I am working on now!, I am also trying to figure out how to pull off and overall top for a dress as well, if anyone has ideas I would love it!

It is actully a pretty basic design. Kind of like a sun dress with a wrap around the neck, and one around the midsection. You can do it in as few as 2 pieces, but I like to line the top, and add a ruffle layer as well. I have 4 sizes for the skirts, and 2 for the tops. I will be making a larger pattern for small and medium dogs. Right now my sizes are from xs to well teeny tiny. Like I siad I have a few in the works right now. I have been making on average two of each desing, of for Bridget, and one for my brother's dog, or my daughters cat. I can make more though, I have stackes of material!!!

I don't have any patterns but I would love to have ome easy ones. I don't sew well, but I think I could do it if I had a simple pattern. If you don't mind sharing with me, I'd really appreciate it! Sorry I don't have any to share back

I am ok with sharing, just trying to figure out how to get htem on the computer to where htey are usable

Marlee the dresses are to cute but would be a good idea if I waited until I got a furbaby before I did to much clothes shopping.
