problems getting new baby to eat!! Hi all I am new hear and was wondering if you all could help me? What do you all feed your babies I am having problems getting my new yorkie to eat she is 14 weeks old she has been to the vet and she said everything looks good. I have to feed her something different every meal or she wont eat. my 3 year old ate anything when he was her age so I haven't had this problem before. when I first got her she was eating eukanuba soft and hard. but all of a sudden she wouldn't touch it. so than I started boiled chicken and switching with boiled beef now she won't touch that either. today she ate a little ceasers mixed with a little hard eukanuba twice but now won't touch it. my son gave her some of his shredded wheat with a little milk this morning and I told him not to give her milk am I right? Sorry this is so long but I am stumped I have never had such a picky baby before. What do you all suggest?? |
I have never had this problem. I sometimes give my baby the burger stuff. I also give her baby food meat she really likes the chicken. Read the lables though and don't get the kind with the sodium in it. I hope that you find something soon for her. |
Try Baby Food -Chicken-Chicken sticks-Try Mixing a little moist food with the dry food and hand feeding her.I know its messy but it might work. |
Kali loves the nutro natural lamb & rice puppy food. (soft) She gets it 3 times a day. And then I leave Royal Canine mini hard out all day for her. She will only eat the soft if I sit beside her while she eats. She nibbles at the dry food when she is running and playing. Kobe on the other hand is a very finicky eater. When he gets picky I give him oats, scrambled egg, pumpkin, & cottage cheese mixed together. He has never walked away when he sees this on his plate. :) |
Try mixing the food with cottage cheese |
