Question about "Missing Link" I leave Hobbs' dry food out all day and I leave his bowl full with food. I just refill his bowl whenever he eats all the food out of it, which takes usually 3-4 days. So, how should I administer the Missing Link? Should I change the way I "feed" him? Can I just sprinkle the Missing Link over all the food and repeat when I refill his bowl every couple of days? Does the Missing Link go bad if it is left out on top of food? I know to store the package in the refridgerator. I am excited about starting to use this supplement, so any insight would be appreciated! Thanks in advance! :D |
I wouldn't leave it out that long. I feed Cali 3 times a day and I put it on 2 times a day. Cali eats her food right up I do not free feed so it isn't a problem. Since it has t be refrigerated I would think 3 days would be way to long. Maybe you can call them and ask them. I love it. I have been using it on Cali for almost 6 weeks and it is definatley making a difference in her coat. and her skin. |

I leave mine out for the day and my dogs have never got sick or anything. |
I always put it on the girls food in the morning and leave it out all day and they free feed!! We have never had a problem with it at all...I would just suggest picking up the food every night and refilling it with fresh food in the morning!!! |
Do you give your pup any wet food at all during the day that gets eaten in one sitting? Canned stuff, cottage cheese, whatever.... You could mix it in there. |

No...all he gets is dry dog food that I leave out all day. I think what I'm going to do is put just enough food in his bowl that can be eaten in 1 day and sprinkle the Missing Link on top of it, at night pour out whatever food is not eaten, and repeat each day. Does that sound okay? I really appreciate everyone's input! |
